This person will direct and manage a product group. The successful
candidate will manage/deliver New Products program for group by working
collaboratively with Marketing and R&D groups. Lead all aspects of
Product Development from the identification of concepts, through formula
development, feasibility screening, claims development and testing, and
ultimately through the hand-off to manufacturing. Identify and manage
opportunities for new product technologies by leveraging technologies
from strategic suppliers and New Technology groups. Assess technical
aspects of competitive products and patents. Lead cross functional,
matrix teams. Develop staff through individual development plans.

Need:
BS/MS in Chemistry or related field. Minimum of 10 years experience ,
as well as a minimum of 3 years experience managing a department
including supervising multiple associates, managing a budget and
guidance of teams. Proven track record of delivering hair care
innovation to the market. Excellent problem solving, strategic
thinking, technical, project management, interpersonal and communication
skills.

- The vast majority of the income tax returns (approximately 75 Federal returns and 200 state tax returns) are partnership returns prepared by public accounting firms.

Responsibilities of this position include:

- Prepare income tax workpapers and assist with investor inquiries, projections, estimated payments, ECI and FDAP filings and payments, other miscellaneous tax filings and FAS 109 tax accounting

- Research various federal income and state and local tax issues

- Assist with tax issues arising from acquisitions, dispositions, financing, new construction, and development activities.

Qualifications for the new position include:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a GPA of 3.5 or higher; CPA preferred

- 1 to 3 years of public accounting or industry experience

POSITION: INTERNAL AUDIT SENIOR

LOCATION: STAMFORD EXECUTIVE OFFICE

I Basic Function

Perform reviews of financial internal controls, financial statement generation and presentation, and select operational controls to determine that divisions are complying with company policies and practices, generally accepted accounting principals and Sarbanes-Oxley internal control testing and
reporting.

Reviews will be performed on a risk based approach based on sound financial analysis and a review of the division´s annual performance plan.

II Responsibilities and Duties

Audit/Accounting Functions:

Help develop an audit approach and tailor the audit program as assigned based on;

v A financial analysis of the balance sheet and income statement,

v A follow-up review of the prior audit report, and

v A review of the business risk as identified by the division in their annual plan.

Help develop a financial internal control test plan as assigned of the division´s control procedures documented in the Risk & Control Tracking System for asserting in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Help develop an audit approach to test divisional operational activities.

Attend the opening meeting with the auditee to discuss the audit timing & needed support.

Review the work papers of any Auditors assigned to the senior by the Supervisor, or Manager.

Document all work performed in Word or Excel in adequate detail so that the work papers should stand-alone so a reviewer can understand the work performed and the next auditor can re-perform the work and get the same facts and conclusion.

Review audit findings with the Supervisor or Manager when located before communicating findings to the auditee. Draft audit findings for inclusion in the audit report presented during the closing meeting.

Attend the closing meeting with the auditee to present and discuss their audit findings and obtain management´s agreement on factual accuracy.

Assist Supervisor or Manager with completing the audit report for uploading into the eRoom data base after the closing meeting.

Assist on special projects and acquisitions as assigned.

Travel will be approximately 30 to 50%.

III Relationships

Establish and maintain relationships with various personnel at Stamford Executive Office and all divisions including, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Operations Management and Human Resources.

IV Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Intelligent with developing analytical and organizational skills.

Highly ethical with the ability to present different beliefs, and Team oriented and willing to accept compromise for the betterment of the team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Flexible, self-motivated, self-directed, able to work independently and productively with supervision.

Ability to meet deadlines, and work over when required.

V Education and Experience Required

B.A./B.S. Accounting or Finance essential, CPA and/or MBA desirable.

3-6 years public accounting with or without internal audit experience.
