The economy is still a buyers market for hiring companies. In between
interviews and rejections, baseball is still the favorite past time in the
United States . With organizations that helped many land jobs, two well
known networking umpires join forces to give their members a chance to meet
recruiters during Somerset Patriots baseball game.

We are looking for a Director of Marketing for a private, fee only wealth
manager in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years
experience in a marketing role. Some experience in financial or professional
services is preferred. The candidate must be skilled in
re-branding/re-positioning a business as well as having proven success using
digital media as a marketing tool. Excellent written and verbal communications
are also required.

10+ years experience in IT and specifically software development with four or more years experience in IT Architecture and application

Software Performance Engineering practice, consultation and real world application of performance engineering techniques to IT projects
Performance modeling, profiling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Rich and varied IT solutions design and development experience
Architecture principles and frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner, DOD etc.)
Application and Integration design methodologies, standards and best practices (SOA, OOAD, AOP)
