Ability to provide time estimates and meet schedules for testing efforts. ·         Helps define quality assurance processes and checkpoints for production. Assists in the planning, creation and control of the test environment(s). Performs regression and performance testing as requested. Experience in using defect tracking tools. Flexibility to test multiple applications as needed. Comfortable in working in a high-energy environment to meet demanding schedules and deadlines. Adapts easily to the rapidly changing requirements of a growing organization.
