Job Description:

This role is for a senior level PMO resource for the Finance Datawarehouse Team in CFO IT. The Finance Datawarehouse initiative is part of a wider five year key global initiative called FSI in the CFO division. The Finance Datawarehouse initiative aims at creating a central datawarehouse to be used by all of Finance.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Responsible for defining and maintaining with best practice business processes for but not limited to:
Project planning & integration
• Dependency collection & management
• Tracking of risks, actions, issues and decisions
• QA of project status, scorecard submissions etc. by PM's to ensure alignment with overall FSI PMO organization
• Status reporting
Governance
• PMO infrastructure
Quality management
• Impact
management
• Program communication
• Create and manage Project plans and roadmaps including multi plan integration and consolidation
• Applying Project Management Methodologies to develop appropriate solutions and standardize across Program
• Manage cross workstream to ensure that team level leaders are adhering to program management methodologies
• Working with other departments such as Financial accounting IT, Product Control, IT, P&A, MI and supporting teams to facilitate change and to enhance the success of the Program
• Creating and updating status reports for stakeholder commnunication
• Creating executive level presentations both aesthetically pleasing and strategically designed
• Liaison with team to assist with above responsibilities
• Recommending process enhancements / improvements across the program management life cycle
• Facilitate and drive program meetings e.g. steering committee meetings, workgroup meetings etc.

WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:
• Minimum 5 -7 years Project Manager Experience on large global multi-project financial programs
• Knowledge of formal project management methods
• Person should have played past roles as described in Main duties/responsibilities above
• Experience with dependency collection and management
• Strong persuasion skills
• Strong ability to facilitate
• Strong presentation skills including creating well executed executive management materials
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with heavy experience in dealing with senior management
• Ability
to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Strong communications skills at all levels
Financial Services Industry experience
• Has managed multi-disciplinary teams
• Has an appreciation for business and technical architecture
• Real Program Management delivery experience, not just theoretical
• Ability to learn and understand the content

TECHINICAL/BUSINESS SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Power user in applications like Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio
