| Bill Cusano has always hated talking about himself. He would much rather put his thoughts in writing so at an early age, he began bringing his thoughts and aspirations to life through the characters he created in novels and short stories. While he developed a great deal of experience in bringing characters to life on paper, it was Toast Masters that gave him the courage to share stories about his life as an effective way to engage and captivate an audience. He learned that the experiences he shared left strong impressions. People got to know him better through his stories, developing opinions about his abilities. This, he realized, was a powerful way to expand his network of people who could tell his story for him. It was the key to self-promotion. Today, as part owner of EERITIZ, Bill helps people of all ages share their strengths and talents in a variety of creative ways, but Storytelling remains his favorite. In storytelling workshops and one-on-one coaching, Bill and his team train others to do what they do. Their goal is to build a network of talent and encourage collaboration, putting creative people back to work in careers they love. You can reach Bill at bill.cusano@eeritiz.com. |
