Job Title: iSeries/COBOL Programmer AnalystDuration: Permanent
Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Responsibilities:

1) Evaluate business computer systems, programming requirements and processes for new systems, enhancements and maintenance to existing systems. Research alternative approaches to solving complex business system issues.

2) Consult with users to define functions to be automated, objectives, desired features and report structure. Participate in the development of business requirements, functional requirements and functional specification.

3) Assist in establishing an overall project plan and database design. Create program specifications (program logic, data mapping, screen and report layouts, job flow, etc.) to the level necessary to code the project. Create and execute unit test plans, system test plans and detailed implementation plans. Provide post-implementation support. Develop and maintain application and system documentation.

4) Participate in the project coding phase by writing COBOL computer code using embedded SQL to satisfy the project requirements.

5) Participate in the general problem definition and resolution activities. Analyze existing system logic and provide innovative, practical, automated solutions.

6) Participate in the application on-call support rotation.

7) Participate in the general data base administration functions:
* Design, install, monitor, maintain and performance tune production DB2 databases
* Maintain development, test and production DB2 collections
* Refresh development and test DB2 collections from the production collection on as needed basis
* Administer database backups and weekly reorganizations
* Analyze DBA procedures and problems to automate and improve existing procedures

Requirements

1) Must be able to maintain control in stressful situations and be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. The ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables is a must.

2) Must also have a moderate to high level working knowledge of the following:

Languages: COBOL, CL, SQL and embedded SQL

Database: DB2 and relational database concepts

Reporting Tools: SEQUEL

Operating System: OS/400 V5R4

Change Management: Turnover

Scheduling: ROBOT

We are immediately seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO.

Candidate must possess good judgment & discretion at all times. He/she must be
flexible, highly dependable, extremely detail oriented and able to work in a
fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

Represent the CEO in a professional manner and serve as a point of contact for
both internal and external customers.

Establish and maintain professional business relationships with all levels of
management, employees and outside companies.

Maintain calendar and travel and coordinate all meetings. Manage the calendars
for multiple executives as per their requirements.

Organize meetings and arrange multi-party conference calls across multiple time
zones.

Schedule reservations, appointments and events.

Arrange necessary preparations and follow-up for meetings, including timely
distribution of meeting notifications and appropriate reminders and meeting
materials and decisions/actions.

Complete document preparation and management, including formatting and editing
letters, preparing and/or editing PowerPoint Presentations and reports and
managing other correspondence from the draft to delivery stages. Review finished
material for completeness, accuracy, clarity, format and compliance with
policies and procedures.

Experience supporting upper level management.

Expertise in coordinating complex travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, etc)
with and without travel agency assistance.

Advanced level Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and
Access) experience required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service
skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including grammar
and communicating with tact. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
in a dynamic environment; consistently able to work under pressure and meet
deadlines.
