My name is Niharika and I'm a recruiter at Artech, a global staffing and IT
consulting company. We are constantly on the look out for professionals to
fulfill the staffing needs of our clients, and we currently have a job opening
that may interest you. Below is a summary of the position.
Job Title: Marketing Operations Lead
Location: New YORK, NY
Duration: 6 months
Job Description:
Priority level:High
Basic Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years project management experience
* Minimum 3 years of marketing operations experience, including executing
multi-channel direct marketing campaigns and measuring operational
effectiveness.
* Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
* Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
* Six Sigma Certification
* PMI Certification
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Basic understanding of Pharmaceutical Marketing
The Marketing Operations Leadwill run marketing operations to support direct
marketing campaignstargeted to Pharmaceutical Physicians. Will be responsible
for coordinating the operational procedures to support the launch and execution
of various direct marketing campaigns and will include the following
responsibilities:
* Leverage process, technology and automation to improve operational
efficiencies and measurement.
* Take leadership role in developing and executing campaign requirements,
operational procedures and best practice documentation.
* Work with marketing liaisons to understand and plan for campaign timing and
launch details
* Work with the client campaign management teams to manage operational issues
and risks.
* Develop reporting to enable visibility to campaign status, operational
metrics, capacity management and campaign management operations.
* Provide consultation to improve program effectiveness, quality, and
efficiencies in the execution of communication programs..
