SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER - $110k+ AND BONUS Qualifications: Our client is a financial software company located near the Empire State Building in Midtown Manhattan. They want to hire a network engineer with 6-8+ years of work experience during which the primary focus of responsibility has involved a broad range of hands-on technical implementation, management and administration activities in a highly available environment. Significant experience in EMC SAN and VMware administration. Experience with the design, management and maintenance of LAN and WAN technologies. Extensive knowledge of current IT concepts, issues, practices, methodologies, and trends, particularly those relevant to network design and administration. Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of L4-L7 networking technologies including local and global server load balancing technologies and products. Experience with Juniper and/or F5 products and technologies is highly desirable. Fosters a team oriented and supportive environment. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form. Ability to understand and analyze complex issues and information relating to database management. Ability to establish work priorities.
