Job Purpose
Assist HR Director in managing the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources
Regional office
servicing approximately 1,200 employees in various states across the North East
region of the US.
Responsible for providing guidance and support in every aspect of HR policy and
administration to

General Duties and Responsibilities:
* Act as internal consultant regarding employment practices; ensure compliance with

to existing
policy; help to educate regional HR representatives; support implementation of
policy changes
* Special projects and other incidental and related duties as assigned
* Prepare government and management reports as required
* Supervise staff employees
Qualifications:
* Five (5) years managerial level Human Resources with broad generalist experience,
including a
minimum of two (2) years experience managing a Human Resources team
* Experience in working with C-suite executives and implementing Company wide
initiatives
* Strong organizational, consulting, and communication skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of FLSA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, NJ FMLA

HR Generalist
Position Overview:
The HR Generalist is responsible for providing functional leadership and support in
the areas of Human
Resources Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Training.
The HR
Generalist will act as a support to field management providing coaching and guidance
in the areas of
performance management and disciplinary actions and conducting complex
investigations under the
supervision of the HR Manager. This individual will act a direct point of contact to
management and staff in
ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures through both day to day
contact and by
providing training and development such as: New Hire Orientation, FCC-EEO
Recruitment and
Performance Management. Responsible for ensuring data integrity and compliance with
labor regulations
as it relates to administration of LOAs, processing new hire paperwork and routine
reporting and audits.
Acts as a "Project Lead" in the HR Team leading departmental processes and special
projects.
