Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator
Duration: 12+ months
Max Pay Rate: $60/hr (W2)

The candidate filling this position will coordinate and oversee work across matrixed project team and across departments.  The position will require the Technical Project Coordinator  to be integrated into the team.  This is not an administrative PM position.  The Technical Project coordinator collaborates with stakeholders to formulate project scope for the management of large projects or several smaller projects.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for: 
·         Develop relationships and work with other project managers, internal teams and external vendors to define project plan, schedule and hand-off processes and deliverables.
·         Hold regular project status and planning meetings to develop plans, track progress and solve problems 
·         Act as primary point of contact for project
·         Track project status, generate project reports and provide project status updates to appropriate stakeholders
·         Facilitates resolution to project risks and implementation of mitigation strategy
·         Report project progress to all stakeholders
 
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience:
The ideal candidate must have 2 years IT project coordinator experience, 2+ years experience in business and systems analysis is a plus.  Knowledge of XML is a plus, but not required.

Basic Qualifications:
·         2+ years of project coordination
Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:
·         Team Leadership
·         Verbal and written communications
·         Attention to detail
·         2+ years of business analysis
 
Education
A Bachelors degree with coursework in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
