Job Description:
Senior Business Analyst:
Ability to maintain excellent customer relations and work at all levels with customers and peers in a highly dynamic and diverse environment. Proven facilitation, meeting/workshop management, and change management skills are essential, along with excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. BA role in Licensing area is desired, but not required. PeopleSoft CRM experience is desired, but not required. 7-10 years Business Analysis experience in System Development Life Cycle/Agile methodology. Candidate should be able to work independently, multitask, work in multiple, concurrent projects while learning a complex and dynamic business environment.

Project Responsibilities
· Serves as the liaison on the Client Engagement side between technology and business end-users
· Formulates and defines business case, business and solution requirements, based on both business and user needs
· Documents and verifies business requirements
· Improves business process design through the application of Six Sigma and other operational excellence techniques.
· Translates business and user needs into proper testable and verifiable system requirement specifications
· Works based on business and IT knowledge, collaborative with account management, and Enterprise Architecture in the initial framing, development and assessment of solution options
· Works with the Solution Architecture, Technical Analysis and development team to ensure that they fully understand the specifications
· Verify solution's alignment with requirements
· Facilitates user acceptance testing by the business

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Medtronic IT is seeking an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) Developer to develop ELN templates using Waters SDMS Vision Publisher Form Designer. The candidate must be proficient in business process analysis, Excel programming, and quality assurance testing, as these functional areas compose a significant portion of the job responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Work with laboratory analysts to gather and document ELN template requirements and specifications.
Develop ELN templates with Waters SDMS Form Designer using MS Excel embedded within a Vision Publisher document.
Assist with the development of custom ETL interfaces between ELN documents and external applications and serial devices.
Assist in the development and execution of ELN template qualification procedures.
Assist in the development of ELN template operating procedures.
Release qualified ELN templates to production as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
Must have the ability to effectively translate laboratory test methods and procedures into functional ELN templates.
Experience developing advanced MS Excel spreadsheets.
Experience with SQL queries and ETL processes.
Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and predicate rules governing quality systems and laboratory records. Desired Qualifications

Job Description A major Insurance Company is looking for a Cognos and Portfolio Accounting Administrator in either their Wilmington, Delaware
Or Tampa, Florida office.
Responsibilities:
Must have prior experience working with Project Manager and Developers.
Skills Required Impromptu version 7 report development and administration is required.
Experience creating/modifying catalogs and complex table joins is required
Experience utilizing HotFiles and including them in Impromptu catalogs is required
Ability to create an edit report data definitions is required
Reading and creating Impromptu macros is required
Knowledge of the PAM applications and its data structures is highly desirable.
Salary Range This is a temporary position which will pay up to $115 an hour Corp to Corp and less for W-2.
