Associate Brand Manager

Job description:

Our client, a global consumer goods company, is hiring for an Associate
Brand Manager to join them in their Manhattan offices on a full-time basis
for a long term contract assignment.

Responsibilities:

* Performs financial and marketing analysis, accesses category
performance ongoing reviewing financial status for total business focusing
on key brands

* Develops analysis to track competition and market growth; assessing
cost and pricing issues and opportunities

* Proactively tracks new product development from inception through
launch, troubleshoots and makes recommendations to solve issues

* Supports Manager in product development process, working closely
with Global Product Innovation, Research and Development

* Contributes to and develops some ability to write compelling and
unique new product concepts leveraging consumer insights, understanding of
gaps in market or portfolio, and unmet needs

* Contributes to and supports Manager in development of creative
strategy for brochure and packaging (i.e. writing briefs, developing inputs)
and evaluating creative as well as recommending solutions

* Responsible for the charters of each product

* Works cross functionally to ensure regional and local needs are
addressed and information sharing is timely

* Establishes a strong relationship with team and ensure follow-up of
cross functional responsibilities; track the development of all product
initiatives and ensure timely launches

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree required, MBA strongly preferred

* 3-5 years marketing experience, consumer goods preferred

* Strong Project Management skills and passion for beauty

* Must be detail and results oriented

* Must be able to work in a matrix environment, able to collaborate
cross functionally, and be a strong team player

* Strong organizational skills

* Experience of innovation of products preferred

Title: IT Business Liaison

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Overview

Our client is seeking an IT Business Liaison who will be responsible for
overseeing the development, management and delivery of an annual IT
development plan in conjunction with the client and executive team. This
person will work closely with the client, business and technology teams to
set direction, vision, prioritization and strategic objectives for
strategic, operational, regulatory and tactical initiatives. Will create
and promote guiding principles and best practices to lead the client's
processes and deliver technically sound solutions to meet their functional
needs.

Responsibilities:

* Lead role in managing the client relationship and technical
delivery, keeping the client informed on the status of projects by holding
meetings at regular frequency

* Ensures timely completion of projects and proactively monitors and
intervenes to head off project issues, alerting senior management when
target dates or projects are in jeopardy due to internal and/or external
factors beyond their control and provides recommendations to bring the
projects back in line with expectations

* Ensure client receive optimal and valid IT support necessary to
operate their business efficiently and effectively and determine costs and
risks, providing suggestions for process changes for better or more
cost-effective functionality.

* Responsible for client Process and Procedures documentation and
upkeep, troubleshooting and resolving systems issues and support any new
program implementations

* Administers, monitors and oversees input and output file maintenance

* Works with vendors to specify and implement claims processing system
enhancements

* Coordinates testing and methodologies to provide comprehensive and
accurate large-scale claims testing for implementations

* Monitors and performs Quality Assurance reviews of electronic files
and review of new software functionality

Required Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree (technical, e.g. Computer Science, Information
Technology preferred)

* 7+ years of experience in Healthcare industry (specifically Medicare
Part D and Medicaid) to manage system implementations

* 2+ years of supervisory experience

*

Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) experience is required.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

* Knowledge of prescription benefits and claims adjudication
platforms.

* Must have strong organizational and analytical skills.

* Must be able to meet, or exceed tight deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.

* Good communication and client facing skills both verbal and written.

* Demonstrated ability to talk with individuals and groups about their
needs and ask the right questions to surface essential information.

* Ability to work with the user community and project team to define
scope and ensure that it remains within the boundaries of the project
objectives.

* Ability to define the capabilities that an IT solution must perform
in support of the client's needs.

* Ability to manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity
via change management and reprioritization.

* Demonstrated ability to use structured and disciplined approaches to
solving technical problems.

Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Overview

Acting as a liaison between the business and technology organizations, our
client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible
for capturing, analyzing and creating business and technical requirements
documents using UML to be reviewed and agreed upon with the project
stakeholder for signoff. This person will obtain, analyze and create
non-functional requirements documents containing information required to
support system functionality, including performance, scalability,
reliability, security, and usability. Will assist and support the business
users in the testing of the system prior to and after deployment. On
occasion, this person will act as a liaison to selected technology vendors
and manage the FS/vendor relationship.

Required Skills and Experience

* BS Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or
Information Systems is preferred

* healthcare experience required

* Knowledge of healthcare claims adjudication systems and processes is
a plus

* 7+ years experience in Business Analysis and demonstrated
understanding of business work flows and programming disciplines

* Experience developing traceability matrices that will be used in the
SDLC to ensure testing and requirements scope is covered against needed
business/application functions

* Solid knowledge of tools, processes, methodologies for requirements
gathering, analysis and documentation

* Experience with software development lifecycle

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

* Experience with Planview is a plus
