SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Oracle Manufacturing & Supply Chain Systems Lead will be responsible for providing system architecture and process design leadership, senior functional and integrated system design, project management and enterprise wide accountability for the Oracle Manufacturing Applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT NEW ENHANCEMENTS AND SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS
Work with business owners to define business requirements and priorities for Oracle Manufacturing Applications (BOM, WIP, MRP, ENG, INV, SCP, Quality, Costing, Depot &Repair and Purchasing);
Manage Oracle configuration changes in respective application areas;
Provide expertise on upgrading to new application releases and new functionality;
Provide functional and technical direction for solution options around specific business requirements and guidance around cross-module dependencies and impacts;
Investigate system options and recommend appropriate solutions to address requested system functionality;
Advise in the development of test scenarios so that appropriate integrated testing is conducted;
Participate in system testing and resolution of system issues;
Implement new solutions in accordance with Integra's Oracle Applications Development Lifecycle;
Provide applications knowledge in evaluating and improving current business processes;
PROVIDE ADVANCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR ORACLE APPLICATIONS
Provide advanced functional and technical support for Business Analysts;
Provide Tier II cross-module and cross-functional area integration support;
Insure integrity and accuracy of all application system setup information;
Maintain system integrity by assessing, recommending, and implementing appropriate controls on both system management access and application data access;
Support in the investigation and resolution of reported system issues. Provide system information, utilize diagnostic techniques, guide the efforts of Tier I support and interface with vendor technical support as required;
Interact with technical/development professionals in the design and support of required specific customizations, interfaces and extensions to the Oracle suite.
Follow prescribed methodologies and processes in completing Oracle support and implementation activities.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Develops and implements project plans in accordance with Integra's Oracle Applications Development Lifecycle while delivering high quality services within budget;
Ensures technical training/support and knowledge is transferred to support staff;
Provides leadership and direction to support staff;
Manages project team members to ensure successful development, testing and production migration of medium and large size projects;
Estimate duration for completion and implementation of customer requests;
Provide regular status reporting to management;
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical discipline or equivalent professional experience required.
Ability to demonstrable expertise in the setup and integration points of multiple Oracle e-Business suite modules is required.
Experience with Oracle Manufacturing, Warehousing, Shipping and Mobile WEB Supply Chain Management in an 11.5.X environment is required.
Additional experience with Oracle HRMS, Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Depot & Repair in an 11.5.X environment a plus.
Knowledge of all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle is required.
Experience in developing and executing test plans is required.
Experience with AIM Methodology, Business Process Engineering and Project Management tools and/or similar ERP implementation methodologies required.
Hands-on experience installing and maintaining Oracle E-Business suite modules.
5+ years senior functional support experience with the Oracle e-Business suite.
5+ years experience working with end-user clients and business-area process leaders to develop requirements for new and enhanced functionality.
Must have leadership experience in full life cycle implementations of Oracle 11i.
Oracle Applications experience commensurate with senior Information Technology level

Job Qualifications:
5 -10 years experience in technology groups related to Project Management techniques within a Program Management Office.
Strong understanding of Data Warehousing within an Enterprise Environment, specifically related to Infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Platform migrations

Roles and responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate programs pertaining to technology infrastructure stability including platform migrations, database migrations, and shared technology environment build outs.

Task Planning: Project estimation, prioritization, schedule development

Size and scope:
This position is to fulfill a need on the Program Management Office (PMO) team within the Information Management and Shared Services (IMASS) Organization. IMASS services the entire Global Transaction Services (GTS) division within the Institutional Clients Group (ICG). The PMO within IMASS acts as an internal consulting body to the management team by providing program and project governance, definition and augmentation of processes in line with the Solutions Development Lifecycle framework of ICG, financial advisory services and mentorship on industry standard management best practices. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with the senior manager of the Infrastructure workgroup to prioritize, provide status, manage risk and generally coordinate across efforts such as Platform migrations and technology upgrades that impact many work groups.

Cora Hartshorn Arboretum- Short Hills, NJ (Greater New York City Area)
Job Description
The Executive Director (ED) is the Chief Operating Officer of Cora Hartshorn Arboretum and Bird Sanctuary (hereafter Arboretum) and will work with the Board of Trustees (hereafter Board)
and Executive Committee to manage all aspects of the Arboretum.
Specific duties include general management; financial management and budgeting; membership and
fund development; program development and management; communications; and woodlands and grounds management. The ED reports directly to the Executive Committee to implement the strategic goals of the Arboretum.
General Management
Direct staff of full time and part time employees including the Environmental Educator, Office Manager, teaching staff.
Supervise volunteers.
Administer and track staff compensation, benefits, scheduling, sick days and vacation time.
Conduct annual reviews and staff assessments and review results with the Executive Committee.
Manage staff and volunteer development and education, including grant writing opportunities, and assist staff with ad hoc projects as assigned.
Identify expertise and cultivate skills needed by staff to achieve the Arboretum's
strategic goals.
Maintain a climate, which attracts, keeps, and motivates a diverse staff and volunteer base of top quality people.
Communicate to the Executive Committee all significant developments and attend meetings as
required.
Ensure all organizational activities, recordkeeping and documentation are conducted in
accordance with applicable federal, state and local codes, laws and regulations, performed in agreement with documented policies and procedures, completed within the constraints of the approved operating budget, and meet the standard of quality established by the Board.
Financial Management and Budgeting
Manage day-to-day spending against a budget.
In collaboration with the Board Treasurer, develop a working budget, prepare timely financial plans and reports for the Board, review and assess the Arboretum's financial model for its
viability in light of anticipated program offerings, other funding sources, and resource needs.
Work with the Board to determine how to achieve the Arboretum's financial goals.
Identify areas of cost savings and implement initiatives to control spending, focusing on the concept of "reduce, reuse and recycle".
Membership and Fund Development
Identify, evaluate and implement actions to secure additional sources of funding.
Work with the Board to develop and implement a cohesive strategic plan to cultivate more varied and consistent revenue streams.
Increase membership and develop plan to track and sustain membership.
Identify grants available and spearhead grant applications.
Collaborate with Board to develop appropriate fundraising events.
Program Development and Management
Oversee and manage the expansion of the current program offerings to appeal to and include a wider constituency (e.g., varied ages, broader geographic reach, special needs).
Provide leadership in developing programmatic and organizational plans with the Board and staff and to carry out plans and policies authorized by the Board.
Work with staff and collaborate with the Board to identify and implement new programs, eco-trips, workshops, and classes as well as ways to improve existing programs to build revenues and expand membership consistent with the Arboretum's mission.
Initiate and coordinate strategic partnerships with other organizations and local governments.
Communications
Lead public relations and develop publicity protocols, with Board advisement, including press releases, key messaging and marketing materials, to ensure that activities and accomplishments are communicated consistently to the wider community using a variety
of mediums.
Supervise regular development and updating of the Arboretum's website to include accurate content of the Arboretum's programs and activities, registration and donation information, and
membership and volunteer opportunities.
Publicize the activities of the Arboretum, its programs and goals.
Represent the programs and point of view of the Arboretum to agencies, organizations, and the public.
Woodlands and Grounds Management
Work with the Board and the Town Forester to implement the existing long-term phased strategic plan for the woodlands restoration and oversee the implementation.
Manage day-to-day woodlands oversight, including inspection for down trees, deer fence security, and trail conditions, and delegate to staff and volunteers as necessary.
Work with staff and volunteers to supervise trail maintenance, removal of invasive species and reestablishment of native species.
Provide, or delegate to staff as necessary, building and grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, blowing, and sprinkler maintenance.
