This is a 6-month, Right-to-Hire type opportunity for the right candidate. This role reports to the Solutions Architect in the Office of Business and Technology Integration (BTI) with our customer. The Senior Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for: · Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of a Data Dictionary so that he/she can provide guidance and leadership in discussions surrounding potential impacts associated with new enhancements · Mastering the various components of the new application (Extract from a Legacy system, ETL using BizTalk or other similar ETL-type tool such as Ab Initio, etc., ingestion into SQL Server, browser-based User Interface) · Gathering, documenting and refining business requirements · Developing detailed designed specification documentation for the web development team. For example, the design needs to include the layout of the page(s), tag names, detailed functions, and icons to be used · Ensuring that the defined requirements have a corresponding test case (traceability matrix) · Working as a liaison between the users and the technical team to develop business use cases · Facilitate design sessions for users and developers · Compliance with our customer's project governance framework · Qualifications: · 5 - 7 years of professional experience in documenting and analyzing existing business processes, developing system requirements, and test cases to support new business processes · 3+ years of professional experience developing detailed design specifications for Web Developers **Strong experience in dealing with senior business users, determining requirements and priorities as well as resolving issues Expert analytical skills (including knowledge of analytical methods, techniques and tools) being able to quickly acquire an understanding of a problem or situation and identify practical alternatives weighing up the benefits in order to recommend a high-level solution TrueBridge Resources, Inc. looks forward to having you join our team.
