Job Description:
Required Technical Skills:
· Pharma R&D experience required
· GxP experience required
· Typical System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience required.
· PMP certification required-must be current.
· Recent (within last 5 years) Hands On Project or Program Management experience required
Required Business Skills:
· Strong project management skills
· Ability to collaborate with diverse team to reach consensus.
· Experience managing projects in a large pharma R and D laboratories.
· Past experience following complete SDLC process.
· Previous experience as a project manager leading a LIMS, ELN, or other large R and D COTS implementation project.
· Project management experience directing project over complete lifecycle. Good communication skills and experience in managing global, multi-site and virtual project teams to deliver high quality, well managed, on time and on budget projects.
· Ability to communicate IT objectives and status clearly to client's upper management team.
Project Management responsibilities
· Serves as single point of contact at the component project level.
· Has end-to-end responsibility for solution from project planning through execution, solution installation and transfer to support services
· Progressively elaborates high-level information into detailed plans throughout the project life cycle
· Manages the project team to meet the project objectives
· Measures success by product and project quality, timeliness, budget compliance, and degree of customer satisfaction
· Monitors and controls the work of producing the products, services or results that the project was undertaken to produce
