PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR (HOURLY)
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: Under general supervision, Program Administrators are responsible for a range of activities including the development and administration of educational programs; implementation of projects with the County, outside agencies, the business community; development and implementation of program evaluation designs; development of contacts with grantee agencies; and the general administration of projects including hiring personnel and managing budgets. Supervision is exercised over professional and clerical support staff. Does related work as required.
EXAMPLES OF WORK: (Illustrative Only)
· Manage current corporate training initiatives to insure successful programs and achieve established goals;
· Expand corporate training and related initiatives by turning leads into closed business and developing additional leads to achieve established goals;
· Expand pool of highly qualified trainers;

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND ATTRIBUTES: Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of educational program administration; good knowledge of community organizations and funding resources for educational programs; sound professional judgment; ability to use computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar and email; ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position; initiative, ability to get along with others; ability to communicate, both orally and in writing; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree* and either (a) three years' experience in the field of education, educational administration, or analyses of customer needs, program operations, marketing or customer services; or (b) satisfactory completion of 30 credits toward a Master's degree* may be substituted for each year of the experience as defined in (a).
*SPECIAL NOTE: Education beyond the secondary level must be from an institution recognized or accredited by the Board of Regents of the New York State Education Department as a post-secondary, degree-granting institution.

Our Princeton, NJ area customer is seeking 2 highly motivated C++ Trading Systems Developers with demonstrated experience in designing, developing and delivering core production software solutions in a mission critical trading systems environment. Major responsibilities include:
* Assessing business and systems requirements and developing functional specifications
* Designing and developing high quality, high performance trading systems software written in C++ to meet deliverable timelines and requirements
* Adhering to our customer's software development life cycle process/methodology
* Building business level subject matter expertise in trading systems functionality and processing

Candidates will possess the following qualifications to be considered for these roles:

Our Princeton, NJ area customer is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Programmer who would be responsible for the technical architecture and management of the Enterprise Microsoft BI/Cognos Platform and the design and deployment of BI scorecards, dashboards, multi-dimensional Cubes and ad-hoc reporting. The candidate will recommend solutions, develop solutions, test solutions, gain acceptance for solutions, and negotiate/coordinate across multiple organizations for timely and cost effective deployment of Business Intelligence applications. The candidate must possess technical Microsoft BI skill, Oracle SQL and TSQLs skills and project management/coordina tion skills.
This is a 6 month + Right-to-Hire opportunity. Candidates must have a desire to be hired directly by our customer at a future date.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
· Microsoft BI Architecture Infrastructure in-depth knowledge
· Monitoring and modifying existing Microsoft infrastructure to effectively maintain security and performance

· Write detailed specification to be used in developing reports and processes

· Must have strong experience with implementing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions on Microsoft SQL Server platform (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS), SQL Server version 2008 or later
· Must have the ability to deliver comprehensive BI through MS solutions including MS Excel Pivot Tables, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), Performance Point Services and Excel Service
· Must have experience in designing and implementing reporting applications including BI dashboards, cubes, reports, scorecards etc. Consult with end users to refine/enhance existing BI applications
· Must have good understanding of data warehouse methodologies including ETL, data integration, and application performance tuning
· Must have experience in modeling data stores (OLAP / multi-dimensional databases) required to support the business intelligence and reporting needs
· Must have strong experience Oracle and SQL Server database knowledge
· Must have basic knowledge of Visual Studio, .NET, VB.Net, ASP.Net, SharePoint
· Must have strong experience to analyze customer data request and use Oracle PL/SQL or T-SQL to extract the data using temporary tables for complex data gathering
Additional:
· Cognos Reporting experience is desirable but not required
· Able to work independently with excellent organizational and communication skills

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Lean Six Sigma Master Black
Belt (LSS MBB) will be responsible for mentoring a number of Lean Six Sigma
Black Belts (typically up to 10) and will be technically involved in each of
their projects. At any time they may be involved in up to 20 to 30 projects in
a variety of areas. In this role, LSS MBB will support the business
unit/functional unit leadership team and the BBs assigned to that unit.
Work with local and business
unit leaders to develop and execute Lean Six Sigma and other improvement
strategies. LSS MBBs provide input and guidance to their Champions (business
unit leaders) on both a systems and technical basis for the ongoing improvement
of Lean Six Sigma and the selection and execution of projects.
LSS MBB candidates will be
required to participate in training others in the Lean Six Sigma methodology
and toolset along with subject matter experts from corporate LSS learning
group. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts will bear the primary responsibility
for supporting the certification of Black Belt candidates. The Lean Six Sigma
Master Black Belts will be mentored and led by the Executive Director, Lean Six
Sigma Deployment as well as by their deployment Champion (typical a business
unit / functional leader). The training requirements may include work outside
of the candidates' respective business units and possibly outside of the
company.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead
business/functional unit six sigma project executions. Plan, support and
provide coaching to others in the Lean Six Sigma methodology, including:
Executives, Champions, General Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and Lean
Six Sigma Green Belts
· Mentor and Teach
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt candidates in all or in specific modules of the Lean
Six Sigma curriculum. Participate in Black Belt & Green Belt training
· Provide guidance
as a resource to Champions, functional departments, and business units in
identifying, planning and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects that will provide
optimum benefits resulting in significant business improvement
· Provide active and aggressive leadership in problem solving
efforts on key projects to improve revenue, market penetration, share of the
wallet, quality, reduce cost and improve cycle time (i.e. wasted time, scrap,
rework, etc.), and improving income
· Be a liaison between other business unit locations on projects
that have a multi-organization or business unit scope
· Each Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt is expected to mentor at
least two projects per year
· Review and assess BB projects periodically and make course
corrections as needed.
· The position may have direct report BBs or dotted line report BBs
· Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and
appropriate reporting on key, process focused objectives
SCOPE MEASURES:
· This position
will be a key leadership role at a business/functional level. The MBB will be
expected to serve in this role for a period of not less than two years
· This position
will report directly to Executive Director, Lean Six Sigma deployment
· The scope of the
work will include working with multi-functional teams and local leadership to
develop, fine tune, and provide Lean Six Sigma implementation
· The incumbent
will work with people at all levels of the organization from senior business
unit leaders and corporate management, through our field associates levels
· Expectations
include a hands-on teamwork, business unit level planning, and attention to
details for successful closure of projects
· Budget
accountabilities include personal travel and expenditures and other project
related expenses within normal spending approval levels of authority, as

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
· 4-year degree
required in engineering, business or technical discipline.
· Graduate degree a
plus.
· Previously
certification as a MBB or BB is highly desirable
· Minimum of 10
years of industry experience
· Proven record of
performance and trusted professional credibility
· Experienced team
leader with proven problem solving experience and process focus
