They will be working with business users, 3rd Party software vendors, consultants, and testing teams to push out small enhancements to existing systems for our P and C client in Northern New Jersey. They will be creating new functionalities, working to resolve production support issues, and clearing up defects as well. Primary responsibilities include business requirements, functional design, data and rules requirements, testing support, deployment support and ownership for business analysis standards and templates. Job Requirements: · Versatile skill set and the ability to interact well with business partners and IT team members as well as with software vendor and IT service provider resources · 4-6 years IT delivery experience · Solid Experience with Property and Casualty Insurance in an IT system delivery capacity · Strong vendor management skills · Strong presentation and communication skills · Solid experience eliciting good business requirements, conducting JAD sessions, creating business requirements documents. · Ability and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment.   Mark A.
