We are pleased to welcome to this meeting Barbara Evanchik, a successful Talent Manager formerly with United Bank of Switzerland., who will present an interactive discussion on Employee Recruitment, the Competition , and the Selection Process, and how this relates specifically to Generation Y.
About Barbara Evanchik
· BA in Biology, MBA in Finance
· Long career in financial services with experience in various roles - twenty-two years at UBS
· 10 year tenure as Manager of Talent Development, responsible for program lifecycle from internship to full-time hire to placement at end of program
· Program included on-boarding, rotations, training, coaching and placement
· Partnered with C-level managers to recent college graduates to ensure company had talent pipeline for employee development, succession planning and high potential talent retention
