Major New York City Media company is looking for someone to help "mobilize" their platform. Needs to strong exp. in mobile web browser development. Will write applications to be viewed on all mobile devices such as IPad, IPhone, Blackberry, and Android. Will work in a heavy duty Drupal/PHP environment. Must have strengths with a variety of web scripting tools. Must have extensive HTML5, Javascript and CSS expertise. Will work closely with Sr. Backend/Frontend Architects in coming up with cross platform solutions for mobile devices. Experience with streaming video is a major plus. Role Description / Main Responsibilities
§ The role description will support Salvatore Ieracitano, who is Senior Application/Analyst assigned from Applabs to MMWEC towards delivery of his job function as he is not well. He will be requiring one months of therapy and will support this role remotely in the US.
§ Understanding the commercial application related to payroll processing and its integration with desperate legacy applications.
§ Conduct CRP, document business processes and report findings defined by Senior Application/Analyst.
§ Understand the software program flows, system architectures, the system linkages, bring out the business rules and business peculiarities defined by Senior Application/Analyst.
§ Assist Senior Application/Analyst in recommending integration with Enterprise Application.
§ Support Senior Application/Analyst towards the milestones, deliveries as needed by MMWEC.

OVERVIEW:
The Senior Network Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operations on the LAN/WAN infrastructure as well as all Microsoft Window servers, the messaging systems, network troubleshooting, and network security.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set up and maintain all Windows servers in HP blade and VMware virtulization environment
· Support and administration of Microsoft Exchange messaging system; Lotus Notes/Domino experience a plus
· Perform system upgrades, server maintenance, patch management, backups/restores, etc.
· Manage various LAN/WAN, server and application projects
· Microsoft SQL, Redhat Linux, JBoss knowledge and experience a plus
· Network Appliance storage system management and troubleshooting
· 3rd level network and administration support to corporate users and store environments
· Create and maintain network and project documentation
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Technology preferably in medium to enterprise-wide environment
· Strong experience with Cisco switching and routing
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS and BackOffice applications, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange messaging system, General Network and Security principles, Remote Access/VPN, Internet Content Filtering, etc.
· Experience with SAN/NAS, Fiber connectivity, iSCSI and related technologies
· Knowledge of Unix, Linux and MAC a plus
