Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to be involved in planning,
designing, development and implementation of mission critical business
systems/ processes and organizational functions that are required to be
operational 7x24 to support core functional areas of Marketing, Development
and Commercial Operations (MD&CO).

Key responsibilities:

. Day to day activities effecting critical software applications,
including 4th generation languages, databases, EDI, web development, and
SCADA operations; development of strategies to improve existing systems.

. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the business processes,
systems, and applications;

. Recommend solutions for FERC/NAESB/user mandated business
processes, systems, and applications from business specifications and
integrate implementation with existing business computer applications.

. Leverage critical business processes, systems, applications, and
level of support to permit the MD&CO department to meet its corporate and
regulatory goals and objectives while ensuring that service level commitment
between the Informational Technology department and MD&CO is met. This
includes investigating, recommending and utilizing software development
tools and packages.

Knowledge, Education and Experience:

. B.S./B.A. in Computer Science or related degree

. Expert in systems analysis, design, and development techniques.

. 3 - 8 years of experience in client-server applications
development, developing and interpreting business and user requirements into
effective and efficient specifications, business processes, systems, and
applications as well as designing and developing web objects

. Solutions will involve the following disciplines:

- Compliance systems,

- CitectSCADA,

- Client-server development and support,

- Object-oriented design and development (PowerBuilder Suite;
PowerBuilder Foundation Classes that are being replaced with OOP, PHP),

- Database design, development and operations, Microsoft Relational
Database Technologies (SQL Server; ANSI Standard SQL)

- Electronic Data Interchange Concepts (QualEDI),

- Web Development Concepts, Environments, Software and Languages (HTML,
CSS,OOP, PHP, JSON, Zend Framework, JavaScript Frameworks {Ext JS, J
Query});

- FileMaker;

- BIQuery,

- Citrix /MetaFrame Concepts,

- Microsoft Windows Environment; Microsoft Office Suite,

- SCADA knowledge

. Experience in project management, client-server system development
and support, design and support of Object Oriented, distributed systems and
Internet, backup & antivirus tools, remote access and support tools.

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced hands-on SAP CRM (Customer Service)
Manager who will manage a global team of SAP CRM functional analysts
supporting a mix of environments, laboratories, and informatics for global
business units, as well as perform 25-30% hands-on configuration.

Position Responsibilities

. Staff, train, and supervise functional SAP CRM leads that
provide global support.

. Support global service businesses in all SAP CRM matters
including process re-engineering and design.

. SAP project planning, configuration/design, testing, training
& implementation duties included for SAP CRM (customer service) modules.

. Country roll-out planning and staffing if necessary.

. Manage the configuration for SAP CRM modules in coordination
with the SAP Global ERP team.

Required Skills and Experience

. BS in Information Technology or Engineering Required. MBA a
plus.

. 5-7 years of SAP CRM configuration experience with good
understanding of how the SAP CRM Service modules interact with other SAP
modules (SAP SD, CS, MM/IM, FICO)

. 3-5 SAP global (international) full life cycle CRM
implementations.

. Solid functional and technical understanding of SAP CRM
customer service and SAP Best Practices.

. 3-5 years of project/team management experience with 30-40%
hands on configuration role

. Managing and actively participating in multiple/simultaneous
SAP projects.

. 5-7 years of experience in supporting global SAP production
environments.

. Competent in all activities associated with an application
development life-cycle including project planning, requirements analysis,
detailed design, configuration, testing and training.

. Middleware Experience: ECC to CRM data replication, CRM to ECC
HR CATS integration and user maintenance, BDoc's and Groupware integration

. CRM Experience : Configuration of transactions and associated
functions, Work flow, data structures, Controlling integration, WebUI and IC
configuration
