o SmartLinx Solutions, LLC is seeking a Chief Application Architect for its office in Manalapan, New Jersey. The Chief Application Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enhancements to the company's existing web applications and designing, developing, and implementing new applications. Among other things, he/she will be responsible for the following:
• Design code, test and debug software programs
• Design and develop rich internet applications using Adobe Flex technology
• Design and develop applications using micro-architectural frameworks such as Cairngorn, Parsley, and Pure-MVC
• Design and develop web services in .Net C#
• Design and develop workflow and template-driven applications using XML, Flex, AIR, Microsoft SQL Server, and .Net technologies
• Participate in design, code, and product reviews
• Technically mentor team, resolve issues, and provide code-related guidance to team members.
The successful applicant must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. He or she must also have at least five years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Architect, Programmer Analyst, Senior Consultant, or a related position. In addition, he or she must also have at least two years of experience using Adobe Flex technology, Flex micro-architectural frameworks such as Cairngorn, Pure-MVC, and Parsley, and XML, Flex, and .Net technologies.
