Position Description:
As administrator to the HRIS/Payroll system responsibilities will include maintaining structural and security tables and ongoing data auditing.
Oversee the schedule for processing interfaces to and from vendors. Maintain log for confirmation of file processing by vendors.
Provide biweekly or monthly reports to areas such as Corporate Finance and other units within CIT.
Create, maintain and produce complex ad hoc reports from HRIS/Payroll system based on requests from various end users.
Identify and/or research problems on HRMS platform or payroll mainframe to determine the cause and solution and participate in resolution process.
Participate in the change control process for changes to the HRIS/Payroll system and related interfaces. This includes developing requirements, change management and UAT testing.
Provide support on projects that include system upgrades, conversions, implementation of new solutions, patches and interface changes.
Provide support to HR colleagues for writing complex reports and general HRIS/Payroll system inquiries.
Minimum Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency at developing macros in MS Excel
Proficiency with ADP EV4 and Reportsmith
Bachelor's degree
