Senior Compensation Analyst
Annual Salary $90K - $100K
The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced compensation analyst to design, development and administer the company's compensation and total reward programs. You will research, evaluate and analyze compensation surveys and market trends and make appropriate recommendations to the divisional and corporate management team on current and proposed positions. This role acts as a project leader on more complex compensation projects as well as provide guidance and support to other Human Resources team members on compensation and related matters. This position reports to the Director of Compensation & Benefits.
Major Areas of Responsibilities
The position serves as a partner and consultant to internal customer groups to build and strengthen organization compensation capabilities. This is achieved though analyzing internal and external market data to make sound base and bonus salary recommendations, and administering policies and procedures. This role will work closely with the Director of Compensation & benefits in global annual incentive awards and bonus programs, executive compensation and total rewards, sales incentive compensation, and stock grant programs. You will also manage and maintain all compensation related databases and intranet communications to ensure data and policies are current. This role will assist in preparing compensation and benefit tables for the annual proxy statement.
This role will work with the HRIS team to maintain and update appropriate data in the performance information system and run ad hoc reports as needed.
Qualifications to be Successful: Bachelor's degree Minimum 7+ years in Human Resources with experience in administering base, equity and variable compensation programs. Proven analytical, project management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to coach and influence others to solve business issues. Ability to be flexible and manage multiple priorities to its completion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with extensive experience and expertise in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HRIS systems, ideally, PeopleSoft and Success Factors Professional certification such as CEBS and/or CCP
