Job Description
 
We are seeking an Executive Director of Cancer Services to function at the Corporate Level to provide focused leadership for all aspects Oncology Services, including but not limited to, overall strategic direction, business development, financial performance, performance improvement, physician collaboration and synergy, market influence, market share growth, patient satisfaction and daily operations throughout our hospital system as well as Administrative Leadership of a comprehensive Cancer Center as we continue to expand our healthcare organization.

This role will have direct line reports and matrix organizational relationships. The Executive Director of Cancer Services will collaborate with key stakeholders, including hospital owners, senior leadership, physicians, and central members of the cancer team
to establish long and short term goal and annual objectives.

The Executive Director of Cancer Services is to be able to use past experience, training, and/or other resources or techniques to anticipate emerging Oncology trends and evaluate impact on current services, technology and market.

While this position will be located primarily at our Christ Hospital campus in Jersey City, New Jersey, travel among our other hospitals and facilities will be required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
·         Developing business plans, creating marketing and public relations strategies, and coordinating space, equipment, and information systems for all Cancer services in collaboration with institutional subject matter experts and matrix management colleagues.
·         Collaborating with physician medical directors, the Chief Medical Officer, employed and private physician groups to ensure the development of clinical services and the integration of physicians into all aspects of leadership of the service line.
·         Promoting collegial interdisciplinary team relationships and the patient experience to support seamless delivery of care.
·         Expanding influence of Cancer Services in the regional market by developing collegial relationships with local, regional and national Oncology programs and providers through relationships, affiliations, and service offerings that are superior for patients and referring physicians and facilities.
·         Coordinating the development of clinical and educational outreach programs for public education and awareness including screening and early detection programs, patient support groups, and other complementary programs.
 
Job Requirements
 
·         Bachelor's Degree in business or health related field. Master's Degree preferred.
·         5-10 years in senior management roles in hospitals, physician practices or managed care organizations or business leadership with demonstrated success.
·         A demonstrated track record of having created at least one comprehensive cancer center facility that includes surgical, medical, radiation, and social/public connectivity

The Director- Product Development
is responsible for industrial design, engineering, program management, and
overall development execution of product development for Robern,  Inc. Insure

Has primary responsibility
for creating, managing, and executing the strategy, managing
and executing the product development schedule.

FlexiInternational Software, a 22-year old enterprise software company, has an immediate opening for a Senior Implementation Consultant based in our Shelton, Connecticut office. Flexi develops commercial enterprise accounting applications for browser-base and client/server deployments.

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for installing and configuring financial accounting software for Flexi customers who are mostly in financial services industry and are located throughout the United States and internationally. Most projects will involve assessment of customer's accounting processes, configuring FlexiFinancials system with application settings that achieve desired functionality, and assisting customer with technical tasks such as loading of historical data. A degree of project management will also be involved to keep the customer and Client Services manager on track with projects.
