Finding satisfying work in a difficult job market is quite a challenge.
Spend five evenings this fall learning important techniques to help make
getting that great job a reality. In this series we will cover such topics
as: how to respond correctly to interview questions such as "tell me about
yourself," how to prepare a winning resume, how to be efficient when
networking, how to craft your "elevator pitch." You will have an opportunity
to improve your verbal and written communication skills and learn about
LinkedIn and other social media. In every session we will devote time to
practicing mock interviews to increase your knowledge and confidence.

Part of the global Finance Change team in the area of the liquidity program. Your role will be embedded into the program team working on assignments to provide enhancements to the bank's strategic liquidity management and regulatory reporting framwork
Manage multiple business analysts
Manage stakeholders globally across Treasury, Financial Accounting and the various involved front office departments
Manage the relation and dependencies with multiple IT teams globally (Front Office IT teams, Finance IT teams, deployed teams)
Manage the interdependencies between other projects and streams of work
Run project meetings and governance forums efficiently and effectively
Understand the end to end liquidity architecture and the impact of the in scope changes
Understand the end to end project plan for each project
Understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and process improvement solutions
Perform financial data sourcing gap analysis, data analysis and solutioning. Manage business analysis who will perform this task.
Develop test plans, cases and scripts for system releases and manage and/or execute functional testing and user acceptance testing. Manage business analysis who will perform his task
Assist with development and implementation of a short-term and long-term IT and process strategy.
Execute tasks on a timely basis according to a defined project work plan / project schedule.
Manage issues / risks on projects with timely issue escalations and suggestions for issues resolution.
Provide periodic status reports to program lead, stakeholders, and various governance forums
Conduct detailed process analysis (via user interviews and work observations) and develop process maps and data flow diagrams as needed. Conduct training to end users on changed processes and new applications. Manage business analysis who will perform these tasks.
Effectively evaluation of different process and/or technology solutions.
Apply knowledge of functionality and technology to automate processes as needed.
Interface with other teams on cross-functional team projects.
Perform detailed/complex data analysis tasks. Manage business analysts who will perform this task
Perform root cause analysis of issues related to data or business requirements. Follow through on issues and open item with multiple stakeholders globally and develop solutions, propose solutions, and facilitate agreeing a conclusion.

The DC Project Delivery team is responsible for the end to end project management of key DC and partner initiatives.

The PM will play a key role in DC, applying project management methodology to support the completion of technology solutions for Tier 1-4 initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage medium-to-large projects, most of which involve diverse teams and require cross-functional interaction
- Be a true partner to the business by providing advice and guidance regarding best practices in project management and by actively learning the nuances of projects
- Work with partners as a liaison between the business and technology groups
- Ensure successful completion of projects through the application of client Project Management methodology

- Robust organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Skillful communication (written and verbal), negotiation and partnership skills to balance stakeholder input but remain objective to reach the right outcome - ability to stay resilient under pressure; superior ability to influence and motivate others, including those who do not have a direct reporting relationship

Specific Educational Requirements/Accreditations:
The successful candidate should have 8-10 years previous senior project manager or equivalent experience.
