Minimum 5 years experience of demonstrated strength in IT project
management, requirements gathering and business analysis
· Minimum 3 years experience with BI technologies (e.g. SAP BusinessObjects,
Adobe Flex, Cognos, MicroStrategy)
· Minimum 3 years data analytical experience using SQL and/or other
data-mining tools
· Solid communication, problem-solving and change-management expertise

I would also include a maximum of 8-10 years overall IT experience or they will
be too qualified, unless they are committed to BI PM/BA work long term. Even
