Hi everyone, does anyone know where is a good parking spot to park during the
carnival. I am volunteer on saturday at 8 and im unsure where to park.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the L&D Team in the following functions :
Global Technology
Provide a consultative service to the business and IT Business teams in the Americas to help identify and advise on the most appropriate development interventions for their businesses. This will include understanding the business need and identifying solutions. (e.g. Talent, MBTI, Off-sites, PDP's, Career management, Training Programs).
Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the Core People Management Programme , inclusive of stakeholder engagement and briefings, ongoing evaluation and modifications, and status reports
Facilitate and design of off-sites and teambuilding activities for the IT population
Administration and co-ordination of the development and roll-out of bespoke IT training initiatives globally (including specific IT technical training and soft skills) using a learner management system (LMS)
Working and partnering with IT specialist vendors to ensure roll out of technical training interventions
Liaising and working with Technology L&D and CRT colleagues in the regions
Coordinating and evaluating individual development requests (executive coaching, voice coaching, etc.)
Liaising directly with Technology stakeholders as appropriate on development needs for their teams or populations
Providing regular project updates to the Technology HR stakeholders
Reporting from the Learning Management System and other data sources, including data analysis where appropriate
Dealing with ad hoc day-to-day training enquiries relating to technology L&D
Evaluating training need demand to ensure courses on offer meet the business goals of the organisation.
Accountable for IT technical core curriculum administration and roll-out in the Americas
Person Requirements
Learning and Development
Deliver stand-up training (Induction, Appraisal Skills, teambuilding etc) on an as needed basis
Play an active role with the global L&D team in the designing, refining, and execution of new and current L&D programs and initiatives
Vendor management, including relationships and contracts
Understanding the overall training budget and implications to ensure optimal use of resources
Providing a consultative service to the business and HR Client Relationship Teams to help identify and advise on appropriate development interventions
Providing training reports/metrics as requested
Communicating and working with Development specialists in Europe, Asia and the US
Advise on all learning solutions available to employee's e.g. classroom courses, online learning etc.
Accountable for desktop core curriculum administration and roll-out in the Americas inclusive of need analysis, demand, and evaluation reporting
Participating in and providing support for ad hoc projects
