Candidate should hold a strong media (buying and strategy) agency background. Role open due to internal promotion w/ 2 direct reports- media supervisor & analyst. Need strong digital & online digital gaming background. The LCM is part of the Company's global media organization & will lead the development & execution of world class media plans w/in U.S. for a collection of brands across 2 portfolios. The LCM is the internal media expert to the brand organization & champion of the media function & best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the development and execution of world class media plans
- Challenge & Collaborate with Mindshare, brand teams & other agency partners in the development & implementation of creative & innovative media comm plans that deliver against brand objective & goals. Contributor to Brand Planning Process to drive strategy development, idea assessment & execution of media plans/programs. Drive brands' digital agenda, encompassing the development and roll-out of Company's digital road map and the articulation of that road map for individual brands.
2. Serve as the internal media expert to brand teams
- Brand consultant on all media issues - channel planning/media partnerships to agency management/ support. - Liaison for the brand to the external media community, providing insight on trends, challenges & opportunities facing the industry. Manage & cultivate relationships w/ key media partners to ensure Company is well positioned to remain `the' thought-leader in the media market place. Drive media organization learning & influence across the org to include groups such as shopper marketing, Customer Development & PR groups.
3. Drive the development and implementation of ROMI and Best Practice
- Partner with Media Insights and other resources (e.g. Nielsen) in the development and delivery of a research and analytics road map to aggressively drive efforts on ROMI and media optimization. Work with brands and agency teams in the development and implementation of appropriate planning guidelines that deliver against key brand objectives, learning and ROMI principals. Leverage best practices from in/outside organization & insure they are reflected in on-going channel planning and investment decisions.
4. Champion media capability building
- Drive the media capability building agenda across the media and marketing organization, with focus in the emerging space and digital partners. Partner with media agency and outside experts in the overarching curriculum development and action plans that bring capability building to life.
KEY REQUIREMENTS (Education; Experience and Skills)
- BA or BS Degree
- 8+ years of media leadership experience with media agency or
consumer brand marketer.
- Strong and proven experience leading integrated media programs that
encompass planning across multiple platforms and working with
multiple agency and media partners. Strong digital media knowledge
and experience. Possess strong knowledge of current media trends
and players that cut across various channels (e.g. TV and Digital)
and well versed in consumer insights and media consumption.
- Experience with large scale budgets that have encompassed
development and implementation of multichannel marketing and media
plans.
- Good understanding of how major consumer marketer operates in media
planning & execution.
- Posses the ability to work both autonomously and in a team
environment and work across functions to influence actions, gain
consensus and effect change.

OUTPATIENT CODING SPECIALIST with RENAL BILLING EXPERIENCE

MAIN FUNCTIONS
* Codes Renal conditions and procedures according to international
classification of diseases and current procedural terminology and sequences them
according AHA coding clinic guidelines in order to provide a
comprehensiveclinical data base used for reimbursement, planning, etc.
* Compiles, enters and/or verifies medical and demographic data elements from
medical records into an abstracting system for processing, editing and grouping.
* Accurately assigns ICD-9 and CPT-4 codes (within +/- 2% MOE)
* Codes a minimum of 80 outpatient records on a daily basis
* Assists in preparation of input for special renal studies and works closely
with the billing office and the medical staff in the retrieval, analysis,
clarification of reports, data, etc.
* Performs other duties as designated by the director/ manager of Health
Information Services
Requirements
EDUCATION:
High School diploma and minimum of one year post high school continue education.
Employee must obtain CCA, CCS, or RHIT within 6 months of date of hire.
EXPERIENCE:
Medical /clinical background 1-2 years
Must know anatomy and physiology and medical terminology and be able to apply
the clinical knowledge.
LICENSURE/QUALIFICTIONS:
Accreditation as an Accredited Record Technician, certification as a coding
specialist by the American Health Information Management Association,
and / or
at least one years of post high school education with medical/clinical
background.

This is a new position that was created to fill the need to elevate and

Reporting to the CFO, the Controller is responsible for performing all
financial accounting and reporting duties including, preparation, and
ongoing reporting requirements for all grant reporting, management of the
general ledger reporting system and preparation of all entries for the
monthly accounting closing process and financial reports, management
responsibility for accounts payable, and biweekly payroll.
Primary Accountabilities:
Provides lead support on the completion and analysis of the annual budget
and audit process, including all supporting accounting schedules
Prepares and reviews all monthly entries as part of the monthly General
ledger financial closing process
Completes monthly analysis of all major revenue and expense accounts
Prepares or directs the completion of all monthly bank, investment and
development related reconciliations
Prepares all initial grant budgets, and manages all grant financial
reporting requirements for all State, Federal and municipal or other grants
Provide periodic status reports and grant projections on revenue and expense
to program managers or management
Reviews all accounts payable requests for reasonableness, and schedules
payment
consistent with normal payment terms. Investigate and resolve all questions
and discrepancies
Provides quality control review for all aspects of biweekly payroll reports
Key Skills & Qualifications
Accountability & Adaptability - schedule and manage multiple tasks
consistent with filing or completion deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze and improve processes and document new or existing
procedures to train staff
Strong Excel, power point skills, and the ability to implement system
integrations and upgrades for general ledger, payroll, and donor/development
systems
Strong preference for experience with: not for profits, grant reporting,
general ledger and ADP payroll systems
Bachelors or advanced degree in accounting with minimum 5 years of
progressive experience and demonstrated success
