[itroundtable] Positions with IncentOne

 


This is follow-up to our recent discussions about openings at IncentOne and my hope that we can generate interest among qualified candidates who are on service with LHH. I have attached a 3 page document containing company background and information about the two areas where we are seeking applicants.

As follow-up, I would appreciate it if you can forward this information to Judy Kroll (for both general distribution and for mention during her 9/23 networking meeting) and to Joe Polinski (for both general distribution and for mention during his 9/29 networking meeting) and bring them up to speed on our conversations. As discussed, we are a small company that does not have a resource dedicated to staffing/recruiting. Instead, I have stepped in to help two of my Management Team colleagues with their open roles. It is important that this information be guided to the right people who will then be selective in applying only if they meet the criteria—if we get overwhelmed with applicants it will make it difficult for us to focus on those with the most promise.

Senior Account Executive

Creates drives and accelerates revenue pulled through and growth through new sales and revenue opportunities within IncentOne's existing Health and Productivity Channel Partners. Serves as a key liaison between channel Partner's Sales Teams, interface with Executive level decision makers and IncentOne.

Essential Functions:

1. Sales; Identify, develop and manage revenue growth opportunities within Channel Partners & Health Plans
2. Analyze current book of business with partner and forecast other opportunities
3. Manage the Partner Program with all contracted healthcare organizations and health management partners
4. Support Channel Partner Sales Teams with all pre-sale and post-sale activities, including presentation and proposal support, conducting product demos, clarifying business requirements
5. Manage contracting process with partner and new clients
6. Identify and implement strategic initiatives to improve partner relationships
7. Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients within the partner's organizational structure
8. Create and manage project task plans to accomplish business plan objectives

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or Finance
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a strategic sales and business development
3. Experience in the healthcare or health management industry
4. Minimum 5 years experience in a creative, non-traditional sales environment
5. Superior facilitation sales and presentation skills
6. Must have a high energy level, be self-motivated and have demonstrated creative problem solving abilities, strong relationship skills and a flexible style
7. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

IT Manager/Sr. Manager
IT Architect
(2 positions available—primary responsibilities will vary)

Job Description:
• Lead architecture sessions with the development team. Client enhancements, new installations, and new features need to be reviewed, analyzed, architected, developed, and deployed to production.
• Oversee staff in the planning and execution of application development. Deliver on scope, business case, schedule, and cost commitments. Provide operational and break/fix support to stakeholders.
• Speak with Clients and Customers regarding technical issues, such as SFTP, web services, data models, etc.
• Hands on development and delivery of projects. Manage the production release and maintenance process.
• Work with senior level business users. Understand their operational processes, metrics, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure business and development teams are meeting the appropriate guidelines for all deliverables, from requirements, through development, Q/A, and production deployment. Maintain effective controls and accountability over execution.
• In conjunction with senior management, develop strategic application roadmaps to provide for future capabilities to achieve the corporate goals and objectives and continuously improve / optimize system performance.
• Assist users with questions, provide training, and other services as needed.

Skills:
• 7 years experience managing development teams and architecting enterprise level solutions
• 5 years experience managing off shore development teams
• 5 years experience working with business teams and developing requirements
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and customers
• Experience with business rules engines
• Experience managing infrastructure in a cloud environment
• Experience determining work effort and developing project plans
• Desire for a dynamic environment and have the ability the multitask across a variety of task types
• Technologies: C#, BizTalk, SharePoint 2010, JAVA, Oracle DB, SQL Server, web services, SFTP, MSMQ, Cloud services
