Job Description A major Insurance Company with an office in Bridgewater, New Jersey is looking for a Business Analyst E-Business.
Responsibilities:
Conducts meetings with user groups and internal stake holders to gather, understand and document product/service
Requirements.
Act as project manager by maintaining continuous communication with key stakeholder and developers throughout
Development and the testing lifecycle to ensure final product meets requirements and expected outcomes.
Work with business owners to develop test case scenarios for functional enhancements.
Collaborate with business partners to discuss technical feasibility and best approach to innovative design and
Functionality proposals.
Maintain awareness of web technology standards and trends and make recommendations around new implementations.
Skills Required Must review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
May require a Bachelors Degree in a related area.
Must have 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with relational database concepts and client-server concepts.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
May lead and direct the work of others.
May report directly to a project lead or manager.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Some basic HTML knowledge is a plus looking for some experience in creating wireframes/mockups.
Salary Range This is a temporary assignment and will pay up to $60 an hour Corp to Corp and less for W-2.

Resonsibilites:
The Development Team is looking for a mid-senior level BO/Crystal Reports Developer to assist the
Team with their daily responsibilities.
Skills Required Candidates must have 5 plus years experience in Business Objects development, recent versions are preferred.
Also must have a solid background in developing ETL application, specifically Informatica and/or Composite.
Candidates must also be highly proficient with Crystal Reports.
Financial experience is highly preferred but not necessarily required.

Job Description A major Public Utility located in Newark, New Jersey is looking for a Performance Analyst.
Responsibilities:
This position will be a lead in the governance and oversight of a line of business balanced scorecard process while
Supporting the utility level scorecard processes as required.
The position specifically supports the governance of the balanced scorecard, related initiatives, analytics. Benchmarking
And diagnostic process.
Leads the scorecard quality review process and process documentation efforts in support of process excellence.
Completes assigned quarterly, metrics, drivers, correlations, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Prepares reports related to scorecard metrics and initiatives.
Supports the benchmarking efforts, target setting and goal development process inclusive of MICP, PIP, scorecard, Divisiion
And District level targets and goals.
Interfaces personally with executive Leadership, process owners and management to support and obtain feedback on all
Elements of the balanced scorecard process.
Attends to the line of business level SLT meetings in the GO or field locations.

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst who will be the first point of
contact via telephone and/or e-mail for end users supported by the IT
department for any technical questions or issue resolution. This includes
receiving, prioritizing, documenting, escalating and actively resolving end
user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and
help request tracking tools, escalating issues when necessary, and
in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. This person will also be
involved in special projects, like the rollout of new or enhanced technology
to large groups of employees (e.g., the rollout of new Windows 7 PCs to a
department).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
. at least an associates degree or technical degree is required,
prefer college diploma or university degree in the field of computer
science.
. 3-10 years of relevant work experience
. Knowledge of basic computer hardware especially laptops, desktops
and printers.
. Experience with desktop operating systems, including MS Windows
XP/7 & Mac OS X.
. Extensive application support experience with MS Office 2007/2010,
Lotus Notes 8.5 client.
. Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, including
LogMeIn, Symantec Endpoint & PC Doctor.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills/ability to
create concise, clear documentation
. Ability to organize multiple work streams
. Ability to handle demands from multiple customers and properly
prioritize requests
. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a focus on customer
service
. Attention to detail
. Proven technical problem solving skills based upon prior
experience
. Demonstrated service-oriented mentality
Desired Skills:
* Prior help desk experience
* Prior customer service experience
* Certifications in Microsoft, Lotus Notes, and/or Helpdesk
