We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, dynamic professional in our Ridgefield, NJ facility as a Supervisor, Compliance (Product Complaints).
Reviews and audits documentation to ensure that accurate, concise documentation is submitted and meets all of the requirements of cGMP's, ISO standards (if applicable), and internal SOP's. Directly provides guidance to employees to ensure compliance with GMP's and Standard Operating Procedures. Represents QA at lower level site meetings and provides feedback to senior management. Ensures QA data is entered into the MRP System (MFG/Pro). Ensures timely release of components and non-product related materials. Direct supervision of non-exempt and entry-level exempt employees.
BA/BS is required. 3-5 years of previous Supervisory expereince is required. Experience with product complaints is required. Strong computer skills are required.
