• Support the Global Markets US & Canada region and be the change champion for driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and key aspects of Shared Services • Leverage industry best practices and tools to allow the organization to develop a standard, repeatable customer centric process improvement model across functions, lines, business and geographies • Ensure consistency within overall Regional plans, operating models and business architecture and make sure it is in line with Global charters • Support senior business management with analysis, guidance, program/project management and co-ordination of resources & stakeholders • Ensure that each project has a well defined and documented Project Charter approved by the Business Sponsor • Assist Head of Service Delivery US & Canada in building and maintaining a Strategic Plan. • 'Can do' attitude is a key requirement
• 5 + years working as a Project Manager in a large, corporate environment. • Insurance, financial services, or consulting experience • Superior project and large-scale program/project management, and presentation skills. Must be proficient in MS Office suite, specifically in MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio • Six Sigma Certification, PMP, or equivalent a plus • Ability to work with ambiguous project definitions, to function in unstructured work situations, and drive structure into such situations • Bachelors degree in Business or Finance • Must be fluent in English and excellent with overall Communication skills
