Title: Senior Communications Specialist
Location: Norwalk, CT
Duration: two-month contract
Description
The Sharepoint team sites will soon become the face to that department. The
overall portal (new intranet site) will go live at the end of June. This
will create an opportunity for any employee to access the IS services team
sites. There is currently no consistent approach to the many IS services
team sites and as a result there is no coordinated look and feel for key
stakeholders who happen to land on any of the sites. The current set of
sites lacks a marketing focus and thus they are difficult to navigate to see
the overall strategy as well as the details. There is a lack of internal
marketing collateral to compliment the team site.
Responsibilities:
1. Sharepoint team site design and development for the IS services team
2. Input into the marketing strategy for IS Services; support in developing
the marketing collateral
3. Graphics to support the team sites and overall marketing strategy,
completed on own or through a recommended agency.
4. Process to maintain and enhance the site over time
5. Pipeline of content to add to the site
6. Recommended approach to measure the effectiveness of the sites
7. Training of the point people who will maintain the sites over time.
Skills and Qualifications:
. Five years' experience in website design where the web is the
marketing platform.
. Deep experience in developing in Sharepoint for use as a
communication platform.
. Marketing experience of an internal business unit to other
internal units
. Graphical design a plus.
. Marketing plan development from high-level plan to detailed
collateral development
. Strong organizational skills
. Excellent presentation and verbal /written communications skills
. Strong process development skills
. Bachelor's degree required
. Degree and/or certificates relating to SharePoint development a
plus
. Demonstrate ability to work and communicate effectively with
people at all levels of the organization, and across the globe and remotely.
Use best practices to build relationships and complete assignments while
working in a remote team.

Overview
We are seeking a SAP Senior MM Analyst who will be responsible for
supporting the Procurement and Materials Management business process,
including business projects through design and implementation of MM business
solutions in SAP, and supporting the ongoing business operations. This
person will support SAP upgrades, interfaces to other core business systems,
including FI/CO, SD, QM, and PP modules, and interfacing with external
systems, helping to define and support IT processes.
Qualifications
. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
. 5+ years of experience in the MM module with development and
support of business application systems including analysis, functional and
technical design testing.
. Experience with batch management of materials, material master
workflow processes, automation of the purchasing order and goods receipt
process through EDI.
. Exposure to Warehouse Management and Demand Planning applications
desired.
. Two or more full project life cycle SAP implementations including
blueprinting, configuration, testing, training and post implementation
support.
. Understanding and use of SDLC methodology good practice.
. Experience with business case development, project planning and
estimation is a must.
. Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
. Experience in Solution Manager is a plus.
. Experience using ARIS is a plus.
. Cross-functional business experience is a must.
. Experience integrating BW a plus.
. Experience working for a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company.
. Ability to work night and/or weekends as needed

job clubs, the workforce system, and others.
