Responsibilities
·         Daily cash reconciliations between internal Portfolio accounting system (Portia) records and the records of its clients’ custodians
·         Posting cash activity, as necessary, to Portia
·         Identifying and resolving differences between Portia’s and the records of its clients’ custodians
·         Monthly reconciliations of cash and portfolio holdings to custodians’ records
·         Preparation of client special reporting
·         Responding to all internal and external requests and inquiries on a timely basis
·         NAV review & reconciliation with Fund Administrator
 
Requirements
·         Experience in reconciling (assets and cash) from custodian to investment manager
·         Experience needs to include fixed income securities (corporate bonds, convertible bonds, U.S. government securities, mortgage securities)
·         Strong computer skills
·         3+ years of experience

>POSITION DESCRIPTION
>Under the direction of the Chief Probation Officer, Assistant Chief Probation Officer and other supervisory personnel, the selected individual will supervise, manage and lead a team comprised of professional staff responsible for the following case types: regular Superior Court Probation; sex offenders; domestic violence; pretrial intervention; conditional discharge; municipal and cases that are transferred out of the state through the ICOTS system; ensure all required case plans are submitted and reviewed in the appropriate timeframes; review modified case plans as they are changed; monitor and ensure that officers are meeting all Outcome Based Standards as they pertain to home visits, home inspections, treatment, payments, community service, reporting and case closure; work with Judge(s) to schedule and track various Violations of Probation that are filed, scheduled and moved through the system; work an alternate flex schedule of one late evening per
month (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) to cover late evening reporting on Tuesday or Wednesday evening and to accompany officers participating in Field Supervision; ensure officers prepare and adhere to the monthly and weekly field schedule; review field agendas in advance to ensure maximum safety for the officers; serve as key contact for the Finance Division regarding collection and processing of mandatory penalties, managing returned items and the escheat process for unclaimed monies; serve on the adult managers group and other subcommittees as needed; participate in the recruitment process as required; coach and develop staff; conduct semi-annual performance reviews; identify training needs; provide direction to staff for achieving division goals; initiate discipline as necessary, consistent with division, vicinage and judiciary policies; and perform other related duties as assigned.
