Mobile Devices - Current Status and Future Trends - Ed
Beitel, Lenovo
===================== ========= ========
Ed Beitel provided a presentation to the Chapter in
February 2008 on essentially the same topic as noted. Of course, we are
all aware that huge strides have been made to the technology since then. Thus,
we feel an update is needed, especially due to the importance of the subject.
Ed will hold an open conversation about next generation mobile technology, the
evolution of feather weight systems, and how they will change the way we use
mobile devices. He will also touch on the Intel roadmap as well. Ed
will be bringing a new Lenovo T430 to pass around.
THE SPEAKER
=========
Ed Beitel is an account executive at
Lenovo and supports mid-market and major customers worldwide. He has been with
Lenovo ever since they acquired IBM's PC Division. Ed had been with
IBM as an Advisory Sales Specialist for over five years before Lenovo's
purchase. Prior to that, he was with Inacon Inc. as a Senior Account Executive.
Ed is a graduate of Drexel University .
