Role: Project Manager Duration: 1 year Location: NJ Job Description One of Big 4 experience is must and at least 5 + years with Big 4 Need to have Adaptability and Strong PM methodology. Need to be experienced and or certified in SDLC, PMI, PMP. Its a fast paced environment, many short term (2 weeks to a couple of months) projects that are simultaneous. Weak matrix environment, and understand what it entails. Excellent communication with strong analytical, data analyst, communication, collaborative, negotiation, writing, management reporting, presentation, and problem solving skills. Have demonstrated delivering high quality solutions, management/status reporting, project charters, project risk issues, strategic initiative, project planning, project scope, automation projects, conversion projects, time management, resource management, new implementation project, change control, project delivery, QA. Analyze problems and make decisions. Good to have PMI/PMP Certification Manage all levels of SDLC methodologies and cross functional projects. Managed critical project issues and risks. Understand/Lead SDLC, EDI, project communications, infrastructure, implementation plans, application development plans, and automation plans. Able to speak to the SDLC and its various aspects Able to speak to conflict resolution examples Managed 5 + resources, Able to speak and identifying risk and the difference between assessing risk and issues/problems.
