As for the Infrastructure manager, it is more of a Sr. Engineer with strong technical skills with some managerial skills. I'm looking for someone to re-setup the environment starting with the core 6500 switches, setting up a new Active Directory domain, setting up Exchange from scratch, implementing a SAN, configuring SQL clusters and databases. The person will also be an operations manager responsible for all of Infrastructure uptime throughout the company. If managerial skills are strong he/she will oversee 3 employees directly plus few more indirectly.
Certifications I would like for the person to have are MCSE & CCNP as a must, and any other Cisco voice certification is preferred.

Need to be experienced and or certified in SDLC, PMI, PMP.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced OBIEE Developer to help the project team in
analyzing business problems and delivering customized reporting solutions
using OBIEE (Dashboards, Alerts, Queries, Reports, etc.). The role involves
designing, developing, testing and deploying reports as well as migration of
some Oracle Discoverer and Business Objects reports to OBIEE platform. The
person will assist with executing and maintaining appropriate OBIEE
administration best practices and procedures, and also be expected to
perform training and knowledge transfer on OBIEE features to technical
staff.
Qualifications
. 4-6 years of design and development experience using OBIEE/Siebel

This company needs developers - either at the Sr. or Lead level and below. I thought there was a Mid Level Mgr. B/A position, but it is not yet open. I will forward to you when it is available.
FOR NOW:
They need 3 asp.net developers, with SQL 2005/2008 on the back end to augment there staff.
THe keys are asp.net, SQL backend development and experience with insurance claims processing.
Also superb communication skills are a must!!

Compensation Analyst. I have posted the job summary below for your

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Works with Compensation Director/Manager on a variety of projects
including compensation program analysis, budgeting, and implementation
plus the annual performance evaluation and salary adjustment process.
This also includes the analysis of new compensation programs for
potential implementation.
- Administers base pay and stock bonus programs including the
preparation and documentation for the annual review and salary
adjustment cycles.

Manages projects such a survey participation, survey analysis, and
application to develop appropriate hiring rates for recruiters and/or
managers.
- Develops and documents procedures to streamline the compensation
process and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and
works with Human Resources Managers to educate line management on
salary administration practices.
- Works with Project Management, Payroll Supervisor, HRIS Analyst, and
IT staff to ensure that HRIS systems (Oracle/Ceridian) meet
compensation needs and are updated to reflect changes to salary
structures, bonus programs, etc.
- Assists recruiting team and hiring managers in generating offers for
employment candidates and other compensation related issues.

Maintains accurate compensation and organization data in
Oracle/Ceridian system and in compensation department records to
document all changes related to base salary and/or stock bonus programs.
- Draft sample job descriptions and assists managers and staff members in job description preparation.
