Residential Mortgage Servicing Manager --- Must have Fannie Mae Experience. Position Description below:

Client: Community Bank
Position: Vice President, Residential Mortgage Servicing Manager
Reports to: Head of Consumer Mortgages
Location: NYC
Description: Responsible for managing mortgage servicing operations for community bank with a staff of approximately 12-15. Mortgages include residential co-ops, condos and 1-4 family housing for first-time mortgages and re-financings.
- Successful candidate must have 10+ years experience in mortgage business.
- Must have good working knowledge of consumer mortgage business and full product line including Fannie Mae.
- Must have through working knowledge of consumer mortgage servicing.
- Must have experience in managing, coaching and motivating staff.
Salary: Base up low six figures; plus bonus depending on performance plus benefits
