Established New York City hedge fund seeks a bright, motivated, organized and well-natured Administrative Assistant to work with a team of analysts and back-office staff. Individual will provide general office support (answering phones, maintaining calendars, updating company databases, ordering supplies, etc.). Position largely requires travel coordination and filling of hard and electronic documents, where attention to detail is paramount.
