About the Opportunity:
 
The Manager of Accounting position is responsible for managing the high level
accounting transactions of the company, including intercompany transactions,
equity transactions, consolidation and other elements of the company's periodic
financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and
a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.
 
Essential Job Functions: 
 
·         Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions for all business
entities.

·         In conjunction with the Tax Manager, insure compliance with the
company's transfer pricing policy by managing intercompany charges and
allocation of overhead costs.
·         Perform periodic reconciliation of company's investment holdings and
classification of minority interest.
·         Upon completion of companies' fiscal year closing, prepare individual
entity's financial statements.

·         Assist with the company closings as they relate to equity accounts and
intercompany balances.
·         Perform consolidation of all entities
·         Assist with year-end financial audit of the company's financial
statements.
 
Job Requirements: 
.
·         BS degree in accounting or finance
·         Demonstrated GAAP expertise FAS 141
·         5-7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience in
corporate and/or public accounting industries
·         2+ years consolidation experience
·         CPA required
·         Proficiency in an ERP required, MAS-200 preferred,
·         Proficiency in MSOffice including MS Excel,

 This high level consultant for M&A Technology due diligence will be responsible
for managing internal and external resources performing technology due diligence
on acquisition targets. Key responsibilities will include:     -Develop,
enhance, and institue M&A due diligence tools used in technical assessments. -
Execute Technology Acquisition Due Diligence with assigned team. - Direct
internal and external resources to perform Technology Due Diligence. -
Coordinate w/ other groups (e.g. Global Security, CISQ, BSDL teams, etc.) to

Job Description
The role of the position is to guide clients in defining measurement strategy and to build a series of market mix and forecasting models that assesses the effectiveness of advertising across different communications channels. Additional responsibilities include, media optimization, price elasticity modeling, investment simulation, and brand equity return analysis.

The position will be responsible for the application of model results and analytics to key performance indicators, cross-channel plan benchmarking, communication scenario planning, and goal setting. The data for the model building will come from several different sources and will be updated and cleansed each week. This role requires a very strong SAS and SQL background as role involves lots of SAS data pull and SAS data manipulation. Sales data will have to be aligned with the various media communications in a meaningful way that allows for data mining, the application of advanced predictive modeling, the development of actionable sales and media optimization analysis. The position will be responsible for the continual exploration of new techniques, data sources, software, and competitor information.

Analysis and result reporting may include sales trending by week by market, indices on monthly and quarterly performance, as well as an assessment of impacts by media channel and weight by market tier. Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports will be generated to help the client and the agency in developing the appropriate communication mix. An ability to construct a media optimization tools that will include awareness, intent, shopping behaviors, and sales metrics that are driven by media communications would be useful. The optimization tools will also include elements to determine the mix and weight by channel, brand and promotion.

Skills
Requires a BA/BS in Statistics/related field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years' related experience, with at least 1-3 years' experience programming SAS and SQL.. Strong business background.

Strong knowledge of statistical modeling applications; proven experience with statistical/data mining techniques (i.e. linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, clustering, factor, boosting methods); and proven ability to take atomic level data and prepare aggregated datasets for modeling. A good understanding of technical issues associated with relational databases, advanced modeling experience, strong analytical, presentation and communication skills, and outstanding attention to detail essential. Strong expertise of SAS/SPSS and an understanding of databases, SQL, data hierarchy and infrastructure essential
.
Outstanding verbal/written communication skills are a must. Candidates must have the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
