Senior Business Analyst / Payroll - Philadelphia area Harbor Partners is recruiting for a Sr. Business Analyst for a major Philadelphia area insurer to support its payroll migration of statutory and agent commission associates from the current GENESYS payroll platform to ADP's Enterprise HR and AutoPay hosted solution. This is a long term (12 – 18 months) contract engagement. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for a full range of activities to ensure that operational effectiveness and excellence will be delivered as part of the project implementation. The Sr. Business Analyst will document business unit and system workflow, make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness and will act as a key point of contact between business units and ADP's Implementation team. He/she will evaluate the quality of user acceptance testing; will recommend business associate training related to process and system improvements. The Sr. Business Analyst will serve as an advocate for the project and process-related methodologies such as Project Management, Business Analysis, and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Process. Within the first 90 days the Senior Business Analyst would be expected to gather high-level requirements and deliver a Business Analysis Work Plan. The work plan entails a number of tasks such as gathering and documenting stakeholder/user analysis, context diagrams, functional decomp/SIPOC, and/or Process Maps, Interface List with descriptions, Report descriptions/business justifications, and specifications, identifying gaps of current reports to reports supplied by ADP.
