challenges of turning a business segment around in the Heavy Duty market but
making some nice progress in doing so.

Things are going well at Honeywell and the company is looking to fill the
position listed below due to departmental expansion. We are looking for a

for a Senior Product Manager, FRAM Oil Filters, located at the Consumer
Products Group headquarters in Danbury, CT.

Honeywell Transportation Systems (TS) is comprised three Strategic Business
Units: Honeywell Turbo Technologies (HTT), Consumer Product Group (CPG), and
Friction Materials (FM).

Honeywell Consumer Products Group is a $1billion global business within
Honeywell Transportation Systems and sells to national retailers, automotive
parts stores and OEM's. Its leading automotive care and braking products
include FRAM oil, air, transmission and fuel filters; Autolite spark plugs,
ignition wire sets and lights; Prestone antifreeze and car care products;
Holts car care; and Bendix and Jurid friction material products. Honeywell
CPG maintains R&D capabilities in both the U.S., Europe, and Asia has a
manufacturing footprint in ten countries worldwide.

This position is responsible for managing the day to day activities of a
portion of the FRAM brand (Oil) within the filtration portfolio, while also
managing a core team of Product Manager and Channel Specialists who support
other FRAM product lines. This person will be responsible understanding and
reacting to consumer and customer points of view, understanding the
marketplace, and identifying market trends and growth opportunities. The
role will also be responsible for driving consumer and customer strategy and
execution through the organization, with specific focus for the US, Canada
and Mexico for the brand.

The Senior Product Manager, FRAM Oil Filters, is responsible for leading,
managing and directing all of the marketing related activities. This person
will work to identify and execute a growth strategy for the oil filter
business. This growth strategy will be developed through expert use of Voice
of the Customer discussions to discern customer segments, economics
[willingness to pay and cost to serve], competitive dynamics, choosing
target segments, development of offerings for each target segment, and
development of all go to market approaches including channel, positioning,
pricing and promotion. The successful candidate will lead a team of
marketing and product management professionals to develop and execute the
business' strategic plan. This person will also work with the business and
functional leaders on all strategic and implementation programs related to
the marketing function.

The successful candidate will work closely with the field sales
organization, key distributors, and key business partners to maximize the
growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product
portfolio today and in the future. This person will oversee business/market
intelligence development, syndicated data, sales analysis and corresponding
presentations so as to identify and capitalize on the most advantageous
business opportunities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* A minimum of ten years of progressive marketing leadership
experience, ideally with a consumer goods company

* A minimum of three years of Product line management experience

* A minimum of three years of experience managing multi-million
dollar advertising spend and agency

* A minimum of three years experience with business development,
distribution and direct sales and marketing organizations

* A minimum of two years experience using Microsoft Office products
such as (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)

Additional Qualifications:

* Advanced degree, MBA preferred

* Demonstrated success in implementing a portfolio strategy;
allocating resources intelligently to maximize return on investment,
especially on new product development initiatives, prioritizing and
sequencing a pipeline of innovative ideas

* Experience building brand equities; excellent judgment of
marketing/ advertising

* Demonstrated success with complex product campaigns and proposals

* Articulate and comfortable engaging regularly with senior
management, and be credible with solid leadership presence
