This position is the first level of management, responsible for the daily
operation and running of the NOC. This role will work with all of the
teams, being the first point of escalation with any operational issues that
arise within the supported platforms.

The manager will be responsible for Incident and Problem management during
their shift and will include bridge management and associated paging and
communications as required. As the communications team Leader/Manager the
role will be responsible for documentation, metrics collection, and
continuous improvement activities for the NOC.

The role will cover a Mon-Fri first/second shift extending through 7pm. The
shift pattern may change to meet business requirements as the NOC expands.
This role will report to the manager of the NOC.

For this role, initially there will be regular business hours.

However, down the road there will be two Managers covering the NOC between
7am and 7pm and there will likely need to be flexibility on the part of the

One Manager may need to cover 7am to 3pm and the other will cover 11am to

that coverage.

Key Responsibilities;

Key to this Position:
1. We are seeking a strong Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager with
strengths in Management, Customer Service and Problem Resolution.
2. The individual should have strong skills in Process, Procedure and

you to partner with IS peers and teams to work productively and efficiently
· Some understanding of the financial services industry and business
priorities would be helpful
· Must have the ability to work independently and be an effective
