SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Provides oversight and supervises employees in efforts to deliver software solutions and services for centralized Financial Management Systems employed for Marine Corps Community Services worldwide.  Trains team members to develop their technical skills and analytical proficiency. Plans, prioritizes and supervises team tasks for software system development, and life-cycle maintenance of in-house developed solution and COTS solutions to include: collecting and defining requirements, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining software systems and system documentation. Responsible for system status reporting and change control.  Proactively engages with Finance & Accounting staffs to address system issues and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.  Works with functional users and vendors to troubleshoot, and solve system problems.  Ensures sound team procedures and quality team deliverables. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Significant experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server a must.  Experience with program management is a plus. Strong analytical and reporting skills are required.
 
This highly visible position requires proven expertise in building and leading teams.  The successful candidate will be a leader and effective communicator who has the ability to take charge and inspire with a compelling vision. Job Description:
 
Innovar Group has an immediate need for a Data Architect for a valued client in Montvale, New Jersey. This is a full-time permanent position.
Position is a key leadership role, with responsibility for creation and development of data architecture, data management standards and policies and implementation of best practices in databases, datawarehouses, data integration and reporting/business intelligence. Leads data driven initiatives per data strategy and provides oversight to project teams in design and development of database and data integration solutions.
 
· Works closely with senior management and business in synthesizing underlying data requirements both in broader enterprise context and specific business initiatives and objectives.
 
· Partners with business and technology teams in developing reference data solutions - identifying data owners and in facilitating the design and development of mechanisms to share the data within the enterprise.
 
· Architects appropriate data integration solutions to meet business and technical requirements of the projects/initiatives balancing short term vs long term objectives.
 
· Delivers scalable and high performance database design, optimized for business requirements.
 
· Performs due diligence and recommends appropriate technical environments for database projects.
 
· Develops, evangelizes and implements standards and principles in the area of data management and more specifically data management.
 
· Works with XML, XSD and other similar technologies to describe and deliver data driven integration
 
Qualifications: · Data Architect with 10 or more years experience in architecting and delivering database solutions; At least 5 years experience in Architect / Design Experience in Large Complex Multi-terabyte data environments
 
· Must have recent hands-on experience in working with Oracle or DB2 databases and associated tools; Oracle 10G and above preferred.
 
· At least 5 years experience in ETL Application Architecture / Design Experience; a minimum of 2 implementation cycles of ETL Development with leading tools - e.g Data Stage, Informatica etc.
 
· At least 3 years experience in technical requirements definition, mapping and data modeling experience
 
· At least 3 years experience in hands-on technology and leadership experience in customer data integration or similar domain.
 
· 2 years experience in Financial Services / Banking industry preferred.
 
· Highly motivated, self starter and must be passionate about making a positive impact to business.
 
· Results driven, challenges status-quo and business value conscious.

Our client in Titusville, NJ is seeking a Validation Consultant for their Sales and Medical Affairs Validated Systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Change Requests - Oversees the Change Request (CR) process and leads weekly CR meetings, Maintains CR log, Works with teams to ensure CR forms are completed correctly and ensure all necessary activities are performed to satisfy the process from initiation of the CR through to completion of the CR, Distributes and collects CR signatures

- Project Documentation - Provides templates to teams and advises teams on the necessary content of documents, Works with teams to determine documentation milestone criteria to ensure that teams include documentation deliverables in project plans, Performs 1st review of all documentation before it goes to compliance management, Reconciles requirements entered into Quality Center to requirements contained in documentation, Distributes and collects signatures on all documentation, Maintains documentation numbering system, Maintains the documentation storage areas (electronic and hardcopy)

- Testing Activities (Change Request and Project) - Reviews test scripts in Quality Center to ensure the test creation process is followed, Verifies all requirements have an associated test script, Works with teams to reconcile pass/fail test results within Quality Center and testing documentation, Generates traceability matrices and works with teams to reconcile the data contained within the trace matrices

- Quality Center Administration and Training - Performs basic administrative tasks for a limited number of users, Performs Quality Center training for a limited number of users,

- SOPs - Maintains SOP log for CSV SOPs

- For non-validated systems - System admin for Sharepoint documentation site, Coach project teams on necessary documentation on SDLC, Participates in the collection of SLDC adherence metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

My Bergen County, NJ client is looking for a Director of Clinical Reimbursement- This person will assure the management of the Medicare, Managed Care and Medicaid reimbursement system for a number of skilled nursing facilities; Will be responsible for regulatory compliance and quality improvement efforts, in order to attain the appropriate Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement possible for the facilities; ensure that the services offered exceed standards. To $120,000.

Position Summary:

The Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement assures the management of the Medicare, Managed Care and Medicaid reimbursement system for a region-specific number of skilled nursing facilities.
In this role you will be responsible for regulatory compliance and quality improvement efforts, in order to attain the appropriate Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement possible for assigned facilities.  You will ensure that the services offered exceed federal, state, and company standards, and serve as a role model for ethical business practices according to standards. You will have 3 direct reports that assist with the oversight of Clinical Reimbursement. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.) Systems implementation and assessment

·         Implement and direct Medicare and Medicaid auditing and systems review.
·         Admission pre-screening review
·         Admission documentation requirement review
·         Financial documentation requirement review
·         Clinical documentation assessment
·         Strategic selection of assessment reference dates
·         MDS accuracy
·         ADL score tracking
·         Denials management
·         RUGs management
2.) Education and Training

·         Provide Interdisciplinary Team Training
·         MDS and PPS training
·         Documentation requirements
·         RUGs groups
·         Admission strategies
·         Role and responsibility of the Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator
·         NJ Case mix
·         Managed Care contracts and updates
·         HIPPS coding
·         Consolidated billing
·         Update facilities on trends, developments, concepts and techniques in the Medicaid and Medicare fields that affect reimbursement services
·         Engage facility management team in problem solving process to identify improvement opportunities and achieve solution
·         Facilitate effective well-organized utilization meetings, establish productive objectives and follow through with action plans
·         Evaluate performance of facility-based staff and make recommendations regarding staff assignments, assessment procedure and reimbursement systems.  Ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of reimbursement staff

Recommended Qualifications:

·         Proven knowledge of quality improvement processes with an emphasis on Medicare, Managed Care and NJ Case mix for Skilled Nursing facilities.
·         Multi facility experience with management skills
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·         Work processing and related computer skills.
