Organizational • Secure and manage Client, vendor, and third party personnel and responsibilities for this project • Manage the establishment of the project and extended team organizations • Manage the determination of project team training requirements • Serve as the interface to all Client vendor, and third party departments participating in the project Project Management • Manage and actively participate in all project phases • Facilitate review and approval of all deliverables, final designs, test plans, test results, and go-live decisions. • Manage the development and execution of project controls including: o Scope control o Timeline o Issue resolution o Documentation strategy o Communications strategy o Status reporting o Quality standards and review • Develop and maintain overall project plan o Define project tasks and resource requirements • Develop and manage "Risk Management" Process o Review and manage all identified project risks and issues o Manage project personnel in closure and mitigation of all identified risks and issues o Communicate and escalate risks and issues as required • Develop and manage "Change Control" Process o Manage project personnel in the execution of the Change Control process o Review and approve subsequent change requests o Communicate and escalate changes as required Operational • Accountable for day to day management of the project • Accountable to escalate to the project owner any project risk or issue that may impact the overall success of the project • Lead weekly project status meetings and publish weekly status report • Lead operating and steering committee meetings • Lead and assist in the preparation of project deliverables as per the project work plan • Provide regular project updates, KPIs measurements, and escalate issues Financial • Monitor and control project budget • Report project financial KPIs in operating committee meetings and steering committee meetings Education and Experience ? PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. ? Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management ? Knowledge of project management techniques and tools ? Direct work experience in project management capacity ? Proven experience in people management ? Proven experience in risk management ? Proven experience in change management ? Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Project ? Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field. ?
