Will be on a plane heading to a leadership meeting in Goa, India.  How are things going these days?  Back to the US on July 8th.

Just finished another trip to Brussels at the Cognizant European Analysts Conference in Brussels. Interesting on what the analysts want to hear.

I am hiring for some rather senior roles (Consulting Manager / Consulting Senior Manager).  The people I bring on will serve as either seasoned program managers who have a deep understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing or solution architects with the same deep understanding.  They will work hand in hand with delivery folks who are located both in the US and in India.  An ability to thrive in an onshore/offshore model is critical for success in these roles.  They have to be able to think on their feet, and are constantly in front of C-Level executives at client organizations.  Travel can be extensive in these roles, as my practice covers all of North America, with some responsibilities in the United Kingdom and in Central Europe.  Anyone I bring on board will be expected to participate in the business development process, and must be comfortable giving presentations.

Mark

their electronic trading systems.
The job is a replacement for a person who is being assigned a more
