Length: Project 3-6 months long

Pay: $40's per hour

Our client, a leading financial services conglomerate has an immediate long-term project.
Position will be responsible for managing a payroll tax project that will require extensive communications with outside tax consultant, senior staff members, as well as interaction with head office and the finance team. This project will require heavy data collection, tracking, and follow through for payroll reporting and taxation. Individual must posse's strong payroll tax/accounting skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and experience with our payroll system to process import batches.
Skills Required:
ADP PayForce payroll system experience - importing pay data batches and writing reports with ADP Report Writer
ADP PayForce - experience with making adjustments to prior quarter(s) and W-2 corrections
Microsoft Excel - intermediate skills required to format spreadsheets for importing into Access as well as setting up formulas for tax calculations
Microsoft Access - intermediate skills required to merge Excel files for tax analysis
Organization Skills - ability to manage project from inception to completion (including data collection, establishing timelines and deliverables, tax calculations, payroll entry via import batches)
Interpersonal Skills - ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to senior level staff and answer their queries
