Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to design,
develop and maintain complex application systems working both individually
and within a team environment. The Systems Analyst will ensure that
department standards and quality control processes are upheld, and company
needs are satisfied. Lead the decision making process with IT management and
team members and make recommendations to effectively implement project
requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Primary focus will be to build or modify PL/SQL programs to support
project implementation.
. Mentor and lead a staff of PL/SQL and Java developers.
. Adhere to aggressive project timelines.
. Adhere to IT Development standards and practices and complete
necessary documentation.
. Plan and outline development tasks for project team members.
. Work closely with the project team (Project Managers, Developers,
Business Analysts and Business Users)
. Work within a large scale project team on the implementation of an
enterprise wide system.
. Work through requirements with business analysts and business users
when necessary.
Required Skills and Experience:
. Oracle 11g
. Advanced skills in PL/SQL

Our client is seeking an experienced C#/Pivotal CRM Developer who will
perform detailed programming tasks and create quality designs to meet
company needs, either through individual efforts or within a team
environment. Actively participate in the decision making process with IT
management and team members and make recommendations to effectively
implement project requirements.
Required Skills:
. Advanced knowledge of C#, Visual Basic or .Net
. Experience developing with Pivotal CRM suite of products,
specifically for version 6.0
. System analysis & design, comprehension & translation of
functional requirements & design specifications
. Intermediate knowledge of ASP and/or Java
. Knowledge of database design and SQL language, using Microsoft SQL
Server or Oracle

Nurse Manager/ Registered Nurse Emergency Room Manager-RN, BSN
Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy and self-motivated Nurse Manager to supervise,
direct and support the nursing staff to meet the needs of patients and the
hospital. As a Nurse Manager with Bayonne Medical Center , you will report to
the Executive Director of Nursing and have 24-hour accountability for the
operational management of the hospital emergency department. You will
participate in Bayonne Medical Center quality assurance and performance
improvement initiatives, make sure the nursing staff charges appropriately for
supplies used and direct clinical nursing rounds to assure patient satisfaction.
You will also work with Bayonne Medical Center staff to prevent delays in the
treatment and discharge of patients and interpret the philosophies, goals,
policies, procedures and patient satisfaction surveys to nursing staff.
Additional tasks of the Nurse Manager include:
· Assisting and encouraging the professional growth and development of
the emergency department nursing staff
· Overseeing daily assignments in a 24-hour basis so that all nursing
care, procedures and tasks are appropriately assigned, completed and documented
· Performing personnel management functions such as establishing staff
qualifications and requirements, drafting procedure manuals, conducting
interviews and tests and selecting staff
· Reviewing patient census every day
· Making rounds to assess the quality of patient care and to identify
problems and needs
· Preparing recommended staffing for annual operational budget on the
basis of available workload
Nurse Manager/ Registered Nurse Hospital Emergency Room Manager-RN
Job Responsibilities
As a Nurse Manager with Bayonne Medical Center , you will demonstrate positive
leadership skills in the operational management of the emergency department
nursing unit. You will collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Patient
Care Services for annual budget preparation, monitor the Monthly Operational
Budget Report and maintain expenses within budget to analyze Variance Reports.
You will oversee the clinical assignments of nursing students, collaborate with
nursing instructors for clinical instruction and evaluation of nursing students
and collaborate with hospital staff educators regarding training for new and
current nurses. You will also assume the role of an administrative supervisor on
a rotating basis, schedule monthly emergency unit nursing staff meetings and
submit the meeting minutes to the Senior Vice President of Patient Care
Services.
Additional responsibilities of the Nurse Manager include:
· Conducting preparedness drills and training for low frequency, high risk
procedures with Emergency Department staff
· Reviewing patients' charts for completeness and verifying that all
information is accurately documented on the charge sheet
· Performing daily monitoring, evaluating and facilitating the revenue
collection and clinical documentation process associated with revenue capture
Nurse Manager/ Registered Nurse Hospital Emergency Room Manager-RN
Job Requirements
As a Nurse Manager with Bayonne Medical Center , you must have superb written,
verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as excellent multitasking,
time management and leadership abilities. You must maintain a patient-oriented
focus and demonstrate good planning skills. You must also respond to patient and
family needs promptly and compassionately and be able to perform excellent work
under stressful circumstances in an environment containing communicable
diseases, blood, confused and/or combative patients, hazardous chemicals,
needles, sharp instruments, fluoroscopy, and X-rays. You must be computer
literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional requirements of the Nurse Manager include:
· Bachelor's of Science from an accredited school of nursing, Master's
degree preferred
· Current New Jersey RN license
· Current ACLS, PALS and BLS certification required, CCRN or CEN
certification preferred
· 5 years emergency room nursing experience with a minimum 2 years
nursing management experience
· Proven history of developing customer service initiatives
· EMR implementation experience required, experience working with a
productivity staffing model preferred
