IN NYC Senior Manager – Corporate Finance

Title: Senior Manager - Corporate Finance
Reports to: Vice President, Corporate Finance
Date: June 2011
Purpose of Role: Manage the Company's Corporate Governance
Activities

> Key Accountabilities:

> * Manage all aspects of financial policy administration &
> compliance

> * Update existing global accounting policies and procedures
>
> * Prepare new policy documentation as needed
>
> * Perform USGAAP research as needed
>
> * Provide technical support to subsidiaries

> * Maintain Chart of Accounts and provide guidance as needed

> * Coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley controls testing and certification
> processes quarterly

> * Prepare/review Audit Committee communications and support
> quarterly

> * Liaise with the Legal department regarding Foreign Corrupt
> Practices Act, Code of Conduct, Record Retention, SOX certifications,
