Title: MicroStrategy Developer/Programmer (Four positions)
Location: Norwalk, CT

Duration: 2 months

 

 Start dates to be staggered between 7/5/2-011 and 7/15/2011.

Overview:

Our client is looking to deliver various solutions that are required to be completed in a short amount of time utilizing MicroStrategy 9.0.2.

Candidates must have the following Skills and Experience:

- Microstrategy version 9.0.2
- SQL/Oracle
- Cognos Cubes and ReportNet
- Must be senior in MicroStrategy developer, create projects from scratch and update existing
- Must be senior in MicroStrategy Documents and MicroStrategy Office
- Must be able to take direction from Project Managers and Data Warehouse Team
- Ability to work independently of, or with, client management team
- Work directly with the client / requestor in conjunction with ensuring functional specs are complete
- Analyze functional requirements and design / develop full technical specs / requirements documentation
- Develop objects / code as per technical spec
- Support of application break/fix as needed
- Willing to remain flexible from a work-schedule perspective in order to have some overlap with client-timezone
- Understand Data Warehouse & corresponding concepts from a consumer goods perspective
